Tarihi Geçmiş Tereyağı Kullanılır mı?
Hayvansal bir gıda maddesi olan tereyağı; sütten veya yoğurttan elde edilen bir yağ türüdür. Tereyağı içerdiği vitamin ve mineraller sayesinde günlük alınması gereken vitamin ve mineral ihtiyacımızı karşılayabilmektedir. Margarin kullanmaktansa, tereyağı tercih etmek kesinlikle sağlığımız için olması gerekendir. Özellikle yemeklerde, tatlılarda hanımların sağlık açısından da margarin yerine tercihi olmaktadır.
Tereyağının Faydaları Nelerdir?
İçinde barındırdığı kalsiyum açısından zengin olan tereyağı, vücudun ihtiyacı olan tüm mineralleri karşılayarak sağlıklı kalmamızı sağlayıcıdır. Tereyağı sağlığa oldukça faydalı olsa da; bilinçsizce ve çok fazla tüketilmesi sağlığa zararlı olacaktır. Peki ölçülü ve kararında tüketilen tereyağının faydaları nelerdir?
- Antioksidan özelliği sayesinde vücudun toksinlerden arınmasına neden olur.
- Bağışıklık sistemimizi güçlendirerek, vücudumuzu hastalıklara karşı korumaya alır.
- İçerdiği mineral ve bileşenler sayesinde göz sağlığını koruyarak, oluşabilecek göz hastalıklarını önleyicidir.
- İçindeki yüksek miktarda bulunan kalsiyum sayesinde; diş ve kemiklerin güçlenmesini sağlayarak, kemik yapısını koruyucu özelliğe sahiptir.
Ölçülü seviyede kullanılan tereyağının vücudumuz için çok fazla faydası olsa da, bu olumlu etkileri görebilmek için tereyağının doğallığından emin olmamız gerekmektedir. Eğer satın aldığımız tereyağı; margarin ve patates gibi katkı maddeleri bulunduruyorsa, vücudumuza hiçbir faydası olmayacağı gibi çeşitli sağlık sorunlarına da yol açabilir.
Tarihi Geçmiş Tereyağı Kullanılır mı?
Mutfakta bolca vakit geçiren hanımların, tereyağı ile ilgili en çok merak ettikleri konunun başında; “tarihi geçmiş tereyağı kullanılır mı?” sorusu gelmektedir. Tarihi geçmiş tereyağı kesinlikle kullanılmamalıdır. Eğer son tüketim tarihi geçmiş tereyağı kullanılırsa, o ürünü tüketen kişilerde mide bulantısı ve kusma gibi hatta zehirlenmeye varan problemler meydana gelebilir. Bu yüzden olabildiğince tereyağınızı, son tüketim tarihinden önce kullanmaya özen göstermelisiniz.
Şayet tereyağının son kullanma tarihi çok yakın ise, daha uzun süre taze kalabilmesi için dondurucuda saklayın. Yemek yaparken dondurucudan tereyağını çıkarttığınız, doğru yöntemin tamamını kullanmak olduğunu unutmayın. Eğer dondurucan çıkartılan tereyağının bir kısmını kullanır, kalanını bırakırsanız tazeliğini yitirebilir. Şayet dondurucudan çıkarttığınız tereyağının miktarı çok fazlaysa, tüketmek için sitemizden farklı yemek tariflerine göz atabilirsiniz 🙂

Terayağının yerine kullanılan, bitkisel ve hayvansal gıdalardan elde edilen yağ çeşidine margarin adı verilir. Hanımların yemeklerde ve tatlılarda, tereyağından sonra tercih ettikleri yağ çeşididir.
