Kısa süre içinde, evde bulunan malzemeler ile yapabileceğiniz trileçe sütlü bir tatlı olduğu için kısa süre içinde tüketilmelidir. Sütlü tatlıların en uzun kullanım süresi 3 gün ile sınırlıdır. 3 günden fazla bekleyen trileçeyi yememeniz daha sağlıklı bir tercih olacaktır.
Trileçe Nasıl Yapılır?
Gerekli Malzemeler:
Keki İçin:
- 5 adet yumurta,
- 1,5 su bardağı un,
- 1 su bardağından biraz eksik toz şeker,
- 1 paket vanilin,
- 1 paket kabartma tozu.
Sütlü Sos İçin:
- 3,5 su bardağı süt,
- 200 gram sıvı krema,
- 3 yemek kaşığı toz şeker.
Karamel Sos İçin:
- 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı,
- 1 çay bardağı şeker,
- 200 gram krema.
Üzeri İçin:
- 1 bardak süt,
- 1 paket krem şanti(vanilyalı).
Nasıl Yapılır?
- Öncelikli olarak bir kabın içine şekeri ve yumurtaları alıp mikser ile önce düşük ayarda sonra yüksek ayarda olacak biçimde çırpın.
- Daha sonra belirtilen miktarda un, birer paket kabartma tozu ve vanilini karışıma ekleyin. Spatula yardımı ile homojen bir karışım elde edecek biçimde alttan üste doğru karıştırın.
- Daha önceden ısıtılmış 170 derecelik fırın içine tepsi içindeki keki koyun ve 10 dakika kadar pişirin. Daha sonra fırının derecesini 150 derece olarak düşürün ve keki yarım saat kadar daha pişirin.
- Sonraki aşamada ise sütlü sos yapımına geçebilirsiniz. Bir tencere içine süt, toz şeker ve kremayı ekleyin ve mikser ile koyu bir kıvam alana kadar karıştırın. Daha sonra hazırladığınız sütlü sosu buzdolabında bekletebilirsiniz.
- Karamel sos yapımına geçebilirsiniz. Tavaya şekeri dökün ve orta ateşte şekerin rengi dönene kadar karıştırmaya devam edin.
- Şekerler açık bir renk aldığında karışımın içine 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı ekleyin ve yağı eritin.
- Daha sonra sıvı kremayı da karışımın içine ekleyin ve sos kıvama gelinceye kadar kısık ateşte karıştırmaya devam edin.
- Kek soğuduktan sonra ters çevirin ve çatal ile aralarına delikler açın.
- Hazırlana soğuk şerbeti kekin üzerinde yavaş bir biçimde gezdirin.
- Krem şanti ve sütü mikser ile çırpıp kekin üzerini bu krema ile kaplayın.
- Son olarak ise ılıyan karamel sosunu kekin üzerinde gezdirin. 6 saat kadar buzdolabında dinlendirdiğiniz trileçeyi servis edebilirsiniz.
