Uykuda Kalp Atış Hızı
Hayati önem taşıyan kalbin kasılmasıyla birlikte damarlara doğru uyguladığı basınç, kalp atışı olarak bilinir. Ortalama olarak kalp, 1 dakika içerisinde 60-80 kez kasılır. Bu kasılma, basınç nabız olarak ifade edilir. Bir çok rahatsızlığın tanı aşamasında kalp ritmi ve nabız değerlerinin detaylı incelenmesi gerekebilmektedir. Holter Testi Ne Demek?
Nabız, tansiyon ve kalp ritim bozukluğu gibi kalp rahatsızlıklarından şüphe duyulduğu takdirde izlenen en etkili tetkik yöntemlerinden biri holter testidir. Kola takılan holter cihazı sayesinde, kan basıncı 24 saat boyunca detaylı ölçümlenerek kaydedilir. Holter cihazına kayıt edilen tüm veriler, buradan bilgisayara aktarılarak detaylı analiz gerçekleştirilir ve günlük olarak kan basıncı takip altına alınır. Holter testi aşağıdaki sebeplerden uygulanır;
- günlük kan basıncı takibi için
- ilaç tedavisinde olan rahatsızlığının(bazı rahatsızlıklar) gidişatı amacıyla
- hipertansiyon
Uykuda Nabız Değeri
Nabız yani kalp atışı, yaşa göre değişiklik gösterebilir. Yaşlılık dönemindeki kimselerde daha düşük ölçülebilir. Kalp atışı/nabız, yoğun egzersiz esnasında veya heyecan, endişe gibi yoğun psikolojik haldeyken artış gösterebilir. Sağlıklı kimsede ortalama nabız atışı, 70-80 arasında değişmektedir.Uyku, dinlenme, istirahat halindeyken kalp atış hızının daha düşük olması beklenir.
Ateşli rahatsızlıklar, tiroid bezi ve kalp gibi çeşitli hastalıklar nabzın artışına sebebiyet verebilir. Holter testinin ardından 24 saatlik dilimdeki kan basıncı uzman tarafından detaylı incelenir. Değerlerde beklenmedik durum söz konusuysa, anormalliğin altında yatan neden araştırılır ve doğru tanıdan sonra tedaviye geçilir.
