Zeytin saklarken dikkat edilmesi gereken bir diğer detay, oda sıcaklığında uzun süre bekletmemeniz gerektiğidir. Uzun süre oda sıcaklığında beklemiş olan zeytinlerin tadında da acıma meydana gelmektedir.
