Bamya Derin Dondurucuda Nasıl Saklanır?
Bamya kimileri tarafından tüylü yapısı ve değişik tadından dolayı tercih edilmese de birçok kişi tarafından ise o ağızda bıraktığı değişik tadından dolayı tercih edilmektedir. Bamya sevenlerin karşılaştığı en büyük zorluk bamyanın zor bulunması ve pahalı bir sebze olmasıdır.
Bamya bitkisinden yaz aylarından kısa süreli olarak sebze alınmaktadır. Bazı yıllar mevsimsel değişikliklerden kolayca etkilenmesinden dolayı bamya miktarında büyük azalma gözlenmektedir. Tüm bu durumlar çoğu bamya severin mevsiminde bamyayı fazla fazla alması ve derin dondurucuda saklamasına sebep olmaktadır.
1-)Bamyaları Güzelce Ayıklayın
Bamya ayıklanması biraz zahmetli olan bir sebzedir. Kışlık için dondurucuya atılmadan önce de muhakkak ayıklanması gerekmektedir. Hem bu sayede dondurucuda kapladığı alan azalır ve kişinin çıkarıp pişirmesi direk olacağı için kış aylarında zamandan tasarruf edilir.
Bamyaları güzelce su ile yıkadıktan sonra tepelerini koni şeklinde ayıklayın. Bu işlemden sonra da bir kez su ile yıkayınız.
2-)Sirke ve Limon Suyu
Yarım çay bardağı sirkeyi ve limon suyunu bir tencereye boşaltın üzerine bamyanın miktarına göre su ilave ediniz. Kaynamakta olan sirkeli ve limonlu suya bamyaları koyunuz ve bir süre bamyaların pişmesini sağlayın.
Bamyaların aşırı derecede pişmesine gerek yoktur. Haşlanması yeterli olacaktır. Bazı durumlarda bamyanın çok pişmesi daha sonra bamyanın pişirilmesi esnasında kolayca parçalanmasına sebep olmaktadır. Bu sebeple kaynayan su içerisinde bamyanın hafif bir şekilde haşlanması yeterli olacaktır.
3-)Buzdolabı Poşetlerine Koyun
Haşlanan bamyaları ağzı kilitli olan buzdolabı poşetlerine birer yemeklik olacak miktarda ayırarak koyunuz. Bu işlemden sonra derin dondurucuya koymadan önce bamyaların iyice soğuduğundan emin olunuz. İsteğe bağlı olarak bu bamyaların bulunduğu poşetlere birer yemeklik domates ve soğanda doğranarak konulabilir.
