Yapılışı:
- Çiğ köfte yapılışına geçmeden önce soğanları ince ince doğrayın.
- Sonrasında tepsinin içine ince bulguru ve salçayı ekleyip, elinizle iyice yoğurun.
- Daha sonra içine yavaşça su ekleyin. Suyun çok olmamasına dikkat etmelisiniz.
- Yeterli kıvama geldikten sonra karışımın ince tuz, kimyon, karabiber ve pul biberi ekleyin.
- Daha sonra bulgurlar iyice yumuşayınca maydanozları ince ince kesin ve karışımın içine ekleyin.
- Hepsini iyice karıştırın.
- Sonraki aşamada soğanı da ekleyin. Soğanı elinizde bıçak yardımı ile doğramaya da özen göstermeyi unutmamanız gereklidir.
