En çok ekilen ve de tüketilen sebzelerden bir tanesi de patlıcandır. Patlıcan kullanılarak yapılan yemekler de oldukça sevilmektedir. Sağlık açısından da oldukça faydası bulunan patlıcan düzenli olarak tüketilmesi gereken sebzeler arasında yer almaktadır. Ancak patlıcan yemeklerini hazırlamak çok da tercih edilmemektedir. Bunun nedeni ise patlıcanın eli karartmasıdır. Her ne kadar patlıcan ellerin kararmasına sebebiyet verse de kolayca uygulayabileceğiniz birkaç yöntem ile birlikte patlıcan karasını ellerinizden çıkarmanız mümkündür.

1-)Limon, Oksijenli Su ve Nişasta Karışımı ile
Limon suyu, oksijenli su ve nişasta kullanarak hazırlayacağınız karışım ellerinizde oluşan patlıcan karası lekelerini çıkarmak için oldukça etkili bir yöntemdir. Bunun için öncelikli olarak yapmanız gereken adım ise yeterli büyüklükte bir kabın içerisine bir bütün limon suyunu sıkmak ve üzerine de 1 yemek kaşığı oksijenli su ile 1 yemek kaşığı nişasta eklemek. Daha sonra bu malzemeleri iyice karıştırarak homojen bir karışım elde edin. Tüm malzemeler tamamen birbiri ile karıştıktan sonra ise hazırlamış olduğunuz karışım ile ellerinizi iyice ovalayın.
Ovalama işleminin ardından da ellerinizi ılık su ile yıkayarak elinizdeki patlıcan karasının çıkmasını sağlayabilirsiniz. Eğer çok fazla patlıcan ile uğraştıysanız ve elinizdeki patlıcan karası çok yoğun ise işlemi tekrarlayarak lekelerden tamamen kurtulabilirsiniz.
2-)Limon Kabuğu ve Tuz ile
Limon kabuğu ve tuz patlıcan karası lekeleri için oldukça etkili bir temizleyicidir. Uygulaması da oldukça kolay olan bu yöntem için ilk olarak limon kabuğunun üzerine bir miktar tuz dökün. Daha sonra ise bu şekilde hazırlamış olduğunuz limon kabuğu ile ellerinizi iyice ovalayın. Çok yoğun kararmalar için işlemi tekrar etmeniz gerekebilir.
Yine limon ve tuz kullanarak uygulayabileceğiniz farklı bir yöntem daha bulunmaktadır. Bunun için de öncelikli olarak tuzlu su karışımı hazırlayın ve ardından hazırlamış olduğunuz karışımın içerisine bir limon sıkın. Bu malzemeleri iyice karıştırdıktan sonra ise elinizi en az 10 dakika kadar bu karışım içinde tutun. Patlıcan karası lekelerinin yoğunluğuna göre daha uzun süre bekleyebileceğiniz gibi işlemi tekrarlamanız da gerekebilir. Yeterli süre geçtikten sonra ellerinizi ılk su ile yıkayarak temizleyebilirsiniz.
