Dondurulduktan sonra çözdürülmüş kıymanın fazla bekletmeden tüketilmesi gerekmektedir. Et içinde bakteri bulunan bir üründür ve sürekli ısıya -soğuğa maruz kalması, doğru bir şekilde muhafaza edilmemesi, uzun süre oda sıcaklığında kalması bu yüzden oldukça sakıncalıdır.

Çözülmüş olan kıyma için aslında çözüldükten sonrası ve pişirilene kadar olan süreçte bakteri üretimine geçtiğini ve haliyle bozulmaya başladığını söyleyebiliriz. Oldukça hassas bir gıdadır ve bu konuda dikkatli olunması gerekmektedir. Et bozulduğunda ve bu şekilde tüketildiğinde çok kolay bir şekilde kişinin sağlığını bozabilmektedir.
Dikkat edilmesi gereken bir diğer ayrıntı ise çözülmüş olan kıymanın tekrar dondurucuya kaldırılmaması gerektiğidir. Bu da direkt olarak kıymayı bir daha kullanamamanıza sebep olacaktır.
Kıyma Nasıl Muhafaza Edilmelidir?
- Kıymayı muhafaza ederken kırmızı et de olduğu gibi kesinlikle yıkanmaması gerektiğini hatırlatalım. Yıkanan kıyma da bozulmaya elverişli bir hale gelmektedir.
- Kıymayı aldıktan sonra birkaç saat içerisinde ya da ertesi gün kullanacaksanız, buzdolabınızın alt kısmında rahatlıkla muhafaza edebilirsiniz. Fakat kullanmanıza daha varsa o zaman kesinlikle buzdolabınızın dondurucu kısmını tercih etmelisiniz.
- Kıymayı saklarken dikkat edilmesi gereken bir diğer unsur ise hava almaması gerektiğidir. Buzdolabınızın alt kısmında ya da dondurucu kısmında bile saklıyor olsanız kesinlike hava almayacak şekilde muhafaza etmeniz gerekmektedir.
- Kıymayı dondurucuda saklarken eğer hepsini birden kullanmayacaksanız porsiyonlar halinde buzdolabı poşetleri içerisinde saklamalısınız. Aynı şekilde bu poşetlerin üzerine her zaman dondurucuya koyduğunuz tarihi not etmelisiniz ki, ne zaman koyduğunuzu bilerek, bozulup bozulmadığını da kolay bir şekilde anlayabilirsiniz.
- Biraz öncede bahsetmiş olduğumuz gibi çözmüş olduğunuz kıymayı asla tekrar buzdolabına koymamalısınız.
Kıymanın Bozulduğu Nasıl Anlaşılır?
Kıyma bozulmaya başladığı olarak ilk etapta rengi değişmeye başlar. Bu bazen anlamak zor olsa da, her zaman için dikkatli bir gözlemci olmanızda fayda vardır. Pembemsi, kırmızı bir renk iken koyulaşmaya başlar, canlılığından ziyade daha mat bir görüntüye dönüşür.
Kıyma ya da et ürünleri taze ise ya da bozulmamışsa kokularını almak çok zordur. Fakat eğer kıymanızda kötü bir koku varsa, bilin ki kıymanız bozulmuştur ve kesinlikle tüketmemelisiniz.
