Poğaça hazırlarken dikkat edilmesi gereken püf noktalardan biri de yumurta harcıdır. Yaptığınız poğaçayı fırına vermeden önce üzerinin kızarması için hazırladığınız yumurta harcını sürebilirsiniz.

Poğaça hazırlarken içine koyacağınız malzemeler ise sade haliyle kıyaslandığında, poğaçanın daha lezzetli olmasına yardımcı olacaktır. Poğaçanızda iştah açıcı bir görüntü istiyorsanız yukarıda bahsettiğimiz gibi fırına vermeden hemen önce üzerine yumurta sürmenizde yarar var.
Poğaçalarınızın yumuşacık olmasını istiyorsanız, her gıdada olduğu gibi dikkat etmeniz gereken püf noktalar vardır. Biz de sizin için bu püf noktaları sıraladık.
Poğaça Yaparken Dikkat Edilmesi Gereken Püf Noktalar
- Hamur işlerinde belki de en önemli püf nokta, yapmaya başlamadan önce malzemelerin ılık olduğundan emin olmaktır. Yine poğaça yapmadan evvel de kullanacağınız malzemelerin en az yarım saat oda sıcaklığında beklemiş olmasına dikkat etmelisiniz.
- Poğaça tariflerinin çoğunda malzeme olarak su kullanılması istenir. Fakat siz yumuşacık poğaçalar hazırlamak istiyorsanız su yerine süt kullanabilirsiniz. Ekleyeceğiniz sütü ocakta ılıklaştırdıktan sonra eklemenizi tavsiye ediyoruz.
- Unu muhakkak eleyerek kullanmalısınız.
- Poğaça hamurunun kıvamı da yine poğaçaların lezzeti için oldukça önemli bir detaydır. Bu yüzden hamuru elinize yapışmayacak bir kıvama gelene kadar yoğurmalısınız. Daha sonrasında ise hamurun mayalanması için üzerini nemli bir bez ile kapatarak şişmesini beklemelisiniz.
Poğaça Nasıl Muhafaza Edilmelidir?
Poğaçaların doğru bir şekilde muhafaza edilmediği taktirde bozulduğu doğru değildir. Fakat kururlar. Kuruduktan sonra ise küflenmeye başlarlar. Bu yüzden iyi bir şekilde muhafaza edilmiş olması önemlidir.
Poğaça hamur işi olduğu için uzun süre hava ile temas etmesi kurumasına sebep olacaktır. Bu yüzden fırından sıcak haliyle çıkardığınız poğaçaların soğumasını bekledikten sonra kapaklı kaplar içinde oda sıcaklığında muhafaza edebilirsiniz. Dilerseniz buzdolabı poşetlerine koyarak buzdolabınızın dondurucu kısmında da saklayabilirsiniz. Böylece gerekli olduğunda ısıtıp yine tüketmek için hazır hale getirmiş olursunuz.
Poğaçanın Yanına Ne Yapılır?
Yukarıda da bahsettiğimiz gibi, poğaça genellikle çayın yanına yapıldığı için, aslında yanına yapılabilecek alternatif de boldur. Özellikle misafir gelecekse ve ne yapacağınız konusunda kararsız kaldıysanız, size yardımcı olmak için birkaç alternatiften bahsetmek isteriz.

Çok sade olur diye düşünüyorsanız da yukarıda sunduğumuz diğer alternatiflerden birini yaparak yine sofranızı zenginleştirebilirsiniz. Bizce kahvaltı güzel bir öğündür ve günün her saati yapılabilir.
