Ağızdan Su Gelmesi

Ağızdan su gelmesinin sebebi akıllara ilk olarak mide rahatsızlıklarını getirmektedir. Mide rahatsızlıklarında özellikle reflü, gastrit problemlerinde kişinin ağzından su gelmesi durumu; mide asidinin yemek borusundan yukarı doğru çıkmasıyla meydana gelmektedir.

Mide kapağında meydana gelen bozukluk sonucu kişinin ağzına su gelmesi sıkça yaşanılan bir sorundur. Mide kapağı özellikle yemeklerden sonra aralık kalır ve bu aralıktan mide suyu yukarı doğru çıkar. Bu durum bir nevi reflü hastalığının başlangıç sebebidir.

Ağızdan su gelmesinin bir diğer sebebi ise burunda meydana gelen patolojik veya fizyolojik sorunlardır. Burun eti, polipler ya da burun sürekli tıkanık olması durumlarında ağızdan su gelmesi durumu ile karşılaşılır. Bu durum özellikle geceleri kişiler uyurken gerçekleşir. Rahat nefes alamayan kişiler ağızlarını açarak uyurlar ve bu durum sonucunda ağızdan suyun dışarı akması da meydana gelmektedir.

Ağızdan Su Gelmesi Tedavisi

Ağızdan su gelmesi kişinin günlük hayatta ciddi problemler yaşamasına sebep olabilmektedir. Bu durumun tedavi edilmesi ve kişinin olabildiğince normal hayata döndürülmesi çok önemlidir.
Bu durumun düzeltilmesi için yapılacak en önemli adım uzman bir hekime danışarak gerekli tetkiklerin yaptırılması ve rahatsızlığın kaynağının bulunmasıdır.

Mide rahatsızlığının sebep olduğu durumlarda genellikle mide ilacı kullanımı öncelikli tedavidir. Aynı zamanda kişinin yiyecek ve içeceklerde bir elemeye gitmesi, mideyi rahatsız edici yiyecek ve içeceklerden uzak durması gerekmektedir.

Burunda bulunan tümörlerden kaynaklı durumlarda genellikle cerrahi müdahale ile tümörün alınması rahatsızlığın kısa süre içerisinde geçmesini sağlamaktadır. Bazı durumlarda cerrahi müdahale yapılamaz. Böyle bir durumda genellikle ilaç tedavisinin uygulanması yeterli olmaktadır.

Bakteri ya da mantar kaynaklı enfeksiyonlarda da boğaz bölgesinde meydana gelen iltihaplanmaya bağlı olarak ağızdan su gelmesi, iltihap gelmesi söz konusu olabilmektedir. Bu tarz durumlarda enfeksiyonun ortadan kaldırılması için ilaç tedavisinin kullanılması yeterli olmaktadır.
