Balık, bayatlamaya başladığı andan itibaren tüketilmeye başlandığında midenizi etkileyecektir. Kimi balık tamamen bozulduğunda etkilenir, kimi de balığı piştikten sonraki gün tükettiğinde bile etkilenebilir. Bu kısım biraz kişilerin mide hassasiyetleri ile ilgilidir. Fakat balık taze ve yanında tüketeceğiniz diğer ürün de taze ise korkmadan tüketebilirsiniz. Yani burada en önemli detay balığın muhakkak taze olması gerektiğidir.
Bayat Balık Nasıl Anlaşılır?
Bayat balığı anlamak oldukça kolaydır. Çünkü gözle görülür biçimde farklılıklar meydana gelmektedir. Öncelikle her zaman alacağınız balığı detaylı bir şekilde gözlemlemeniz gerekmektedir, buna dikkat ederseniz kolaylıkla taze balık ya da bayat balık ayrımını yapabilirsiniz.
- Alacağınız balığı kendiniz seçmekte ısrarcı olun. Belki de en önemli detaylardan biri de bu sayılabilir. Sürekli aldığınız bir balıkçı değilse, kurnazsa sizin seçmenize izin vermeyebilir. Fakat her zaman bu konuda ısrarcı olmanızı öneririz. Böylece alacağınız balığı inceleyebilirsiniz.
- Bayat balık renk olarak taze balık ile kıyaslandığında oldukça sönük ve gri gelecektir. Taze balıkları çekici kılan özelliklerinden beri canlı gözükmeleridir. Oldukça parlak olduklarından dolayı bayatlamış ya da bayatlamaya başlamış bir balığı kolaylıkla fark edebilirsiniz.
- Bayatlamış balığın gözleri içine göçer. Çirkin bir görüntüsü olur. Ayrıca dokunduğunuzda pulları da elinize gelecektir.
- Oldukça parlak olduklarından dolayı bayatlamış ya da bayatlamaya başlamış bir balığı kolaylıkla fark edebilirsiniz.
- Bayatlamış balığın gözleri içine göçer. Çirkin bir görüntüsü olur. Ayrıca dokunduğunuzda pulları da elinize gelecektir. Aynı zamanda bayatlamış balıklar kokmaktadır. Normal şartlarda balıktan kötü herhangi bir koku almamanız gerekir. Eğer balıklarda kötü bir kokuya rastladıysanız, kesinlikle almamalısınız.
- Bayatlamış olan balıkların solungaçları da olmaz ya da taze balık solungacı takarak tazeymiş gibi gösterebilirler ama burada da sizin gözlemlemeniz oldukça faydalı olacaktır. Çünkü taze gibi gösterilmiş olan balıklar dikkatli bakıldığında kolaylıkla anlaşılabilmektedir.
