Bozuk Sütle Tatlı Yapılır mı?
Bozuk süt, ilk fark edildiğinde doğrudan çöpe atılması gereken bir besin olarak görülebilir. Ancak bu algı doğru değildir. Fakat burada, bozulmuş sütün bozukluk derecesi çok önemlidir. Dikkat edilmezse, besin zehirlenmeleri ortaya çıkabilir.
Esasında bozulmuş sütte bakterilerin üremeye başlaması ciddi bir sorun değildir ancak eğer ardında bıraktığı toksinler oluşmaya başlamış ise, sağlık açısından zararlıdır. Bozulmuş haldeki sütün besinlerde kullanılması pek tavsiye edilmez. Tatlı ya da pasta gibi sütün bolca kullanılması gereken gıdaların hazırlığında, taze ya da hazır sütlerin kullanımı çok daha iyi olacaktır. Peki bozuk süt ne gibi şekillerde kullanılır?
Bozuk Sütün Besinlere Eklenmesi
- Süt tam anmalıyla bozulmuş değilse, yalnızca bir ekşime söz konusu ise bu süt hamur işlerinde kullanılabilir. Pişirme süreci ve eklenen diğer malzemeler ekşi tadın hiç hissedilmemesini sağlayacaktır.
- Ekşimiş durumdaki süt, çorbalara da eklenebilir. Özellikle sulu yemek ve çorbalarda, adeta bir krema gibi kıvam oluşmasını sağlayacak olan bu süt, doğru miktarda eklenmelidir.
- Besinlerde bozuk sütün kullanımı konusunda, et terbiyesi de önemli bir yere sahiptir. Sütün içerisinde bulunan laktik asit, etin pişirme öncesinde büyük oranda yumuşamasını sağlayacaktır.
- Sütte ekşilik söz konusu ise yeniden kaynatılarak peynir de yapılabilir. Bu yöntem genellikle pişirme esnasında kesilen sütlerin ziyan olmaması için uygulanmaktadır.
Bozuk Sütün Diğer Kullanım Alanları
Bozulmuş ya da ekşimiş durumdaki süt, cilt bakımından bitki bakımına kadar birçok farklı alanda da kullanılabilir. Bu gibi bazı kullanım örneklerine aşağıda yer verilmektedir:
- Sütün içinde bulunan laktik asit, cilde son derece iyi gelmektedir. Bir miktar süt alınır ve biraz içine su eklenir. Bu karışımla cilt her gün 1 defa yıkanmalıdır. Parmaklarla yıkama esnasında yüze masaj yapılmalı ve sütün deriye daha fazla nüfus etmesi sağlanmalıdır. Bu işlem cildin hem sıkı hem de pürüzsüz olmasını sağlayacaktır.
- Saksı bitkileri ve bahçede yetiştirilen bitkilerin kalsiyum alabilmesi için bozulmuş olan sütün toprağına dökülmesi yeterli olacaktır. Süt bir miktar su eklendikten sonra toprağa dökülmelidir. Kalsiyum bitkilerin çok daha güçlü olmasını ve hızlı bir büyüme sürecine başlamasını da sağlayacaktır. Özellikle domates yetiştirmekte olan kişilere bu yöntem tavsiye edilmektedir.
Sütün bozulmaması için;
Eğer çok fazla miktarda süt satın alınmış ve bu sütün bozulma olasılığı söz konusu ise en uygun yöntem bu sütün fazla kısmının dondurulmasıdır. Bu işlem plastik kaplarla yapılabileceği gibi temiz buzdolabı poşetleri ile de yapılabilir. Derin dondurucuya atılan süt, buzu çözüldükten sonra ilk günkü tazeliğinde kullanılabilmektedir.
