Buzluktaki Buzlar Nasıl Çözülür?
Buzluktaki buzlukların çözülmeme durumu ev hanımlarının en büyük dertlerinden biridir. Ev hanımları genellikle yılda iki kez büyük ve derin temizlik yaparlar. Yaz aylarının gelmesine yakın bahar temizliği olarak adlandırılan köşe bucak temizlik ve kış aylarının yaklaşmasıyla kış temizliği olarak adlandırılan temizliklerdir bunlar. Bahar ve kış temizliği yapılırken evde ne var ne yok her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar temizlenir.
Bu temizlik sırasında ise hanımları en çok zorlayan yer mutfaktır. Bunun nedeni ise mutfakta çok fazla eşya olmakla birlikte küçük parçalar halinde bulunan eşyalardır. Bu durum dolap sayısını da arttırır ve işleri uzatır. Ancak tüm bunların yanı sıra mutfakta hanımları esas uğraştıran iş buzdolabı temizliğidir.
Bu temizlikler sırasında hava sıcaklıklarından dolayı buzdolaplarına birçok besin girer veya çıkarılır. Ancak buzdolabı yerleştirirken buzluğa konulacaklara karar verdikten sonra yerleştirmek çok zor olabilir. Bunun başlıca nedeni ise buzluklarda meydana gelen buzlanmalardır. Özellikle eski model buzdolaplarında daha yoğun olarak gözlenen buzlardan kurtulmak için oldukça basit ve pratik yöntemler bulunmaktadır.
Buzdolabındaki Buzlar Nasıl Eritilir?
1-)Sıcak Su Kasesi
Buzlukta oluşan buzlanma için en etkili yöntemlerden biri sıcak su yöntemidir. Bu yöntemi uygulamaya başlamak için öncelikle buzlukta bulunan tüm malzemelerinizi aşağıya buzdolabı bölümüne yerleştirin. Kısa bir süre için bu işlemi yapacak olmanız herhangi bir sorun teşkil etmez. Buzluğu boşalttıktan sonra önceden kaynattığınız sıcak suyu yayvan bir kabın içine boşaltın. Bunun nedeni yüzey alanını geniş tutarak yöntemin etkisini arttırmaktır.
Hazırladığınız bu kabı boşalttığınız buzluğun içine koyarak dolabın kapağını kapatın. 10 dakika kadar bu şekilde bekledikten sonra kaynar su ile buzlukta bulunan buzlar ısı alışverişi yapar. Bu sayede buzlar kolayca çıkabilecek yumuşaklığa gelmiş olur. Bu şekilde yeterince bekleyip buzların yumuşaması sağlandıktan sonra tahta bir spatula yardımı ile buzlar dikkatli hareketler ile kazınarak çıkarılır.
2-)Sirke ve Tuz
Öncelikle buzlukta bulunan yiyeceklerinizi buzdolabı kısmına koyarak başlayın. Buzluk tamamen boşaltıldıktan sonra buzların üzerine elma sirkesi ya da tuz serpin. Bu şekilde buzluğun kapağını kapatarak 5-10 dakika kadar bekleyin. Ardından dolabı açtığınızda buzların yumuşadığını ve tahta spatula yardımı ile narin hareketler ile kolaylıkla çıktığını göreceksiniz.
NOT: Buzları eritirken buzdolabının fişini çekerek buzların erimesini sağlamak doğru bilinen yanlış yöntemlerdendir. Çünkü bu şekilde kazınarak çıkarılmaya çalışılan buzlar kazınma işleminden dolayı buzluk levhalarına zarar verir.
