Evdeki Balık Kokusu Nasıl Giderilir?
Balık içermiş olduğu zengin vitamin ve minerallerden dolayı sıkça tüketilmesi gereken bir besin kaynağıdır. Özellikle çocukların yemesi ve zeka gelişiminin sağlanması için evlerde sık sık balık pişirilmektedir. Ancak evde balık pişirilme esnasında hemen hemen her yer ağır bir şekilde kokar. Bu kokunun giderilmesi için çoğu zaman pencerelerin açılması ya da aspiratör kullanılması yetersiz kalır.
1-)Sirke Kullanın
Sirke ev hanımlarının vazgeçilmez yardımcılarından bir tanesidir. Bugüne kadar parlatıcı ve dezenfektan özelliği bilinen sirkenin bir diğer önemli özelliği ise kötü kokuları gidermesidir.
Bir cezveye sirke koyunuz ve kısık ateşte pişiriniz. Bu esnada gönül rahatlığıyla balığınızı pişirebilirsiniz. Balığı pişirme işlemi sonrasında da birkaç dakika daha sirkenin pişmesini sağlayınız. Sonucu gördüğünüzde gözlerinize inanamayacaksınız.
2-)Vanilya Kullanın
Özellikle vanilya çubuğundan çıkarılan vanilya özütleri yoğun ve hoş bir koku olan vanilya kokusuna sahiptir. Vanilya özütünü içerisinde su bulunan bir tencereye koyun ve bu tencereyi kısık ateşte kaynatın.
İçerisinde vanilya özeti bulunan tenceredeki su, bütün kötü kokuların giderilmesini sağlayacağı gibi etrafa nefis vanilya kokusunun da yayılmasını sağlayacaktır.
3-)Alternatif Yöntemler
Balığı kızartırken ortaya çıkacak ağır ve hoş olmayan kokudan kurtulmak için pişirme esnasında yapacağınız birkaç püf nokta ile kurtulmanız artık çok kolay. İşte o püf noktalar;
- Balığı pişirdiğiniz tavaya birkaç dilim taze limon parçası koyunuz. Bu sayede hem balığın tadını güzelleştirmiş olursunuz hem de oluşacak balık kokusunun önüne geçmiş olursunuz.
- Defne yaprağı kullanın. Defne yaprağı sahip olduğu özel aroma ile balığa çok yakışır. Balığı tavada pişirirken içerisine birkaç yaprak defne koyabilirsiniz. Bu sayede hem oluşacak kötü kokudan kurtulur hem de nefis bir lezzete sahip olursunuz.
- Maydanoz kullanabilirsiniz. Maydanoz kötü kokuların giderilmesine yardımcı olur. Balıkları pişirme esnasında birkaç dal maydanozu tavaya koyunuz.
