Özellikle çocukların yemesinin çok sağlıklı olduğu bilinen ıspanak yemeğinin yanına yakışan farklı lezzetler ile birlikte sağlıklı ve nefis bir sofra yaratabilirsiniz. Ispanak yemeği ile birlikte tüketebileceğiniz birçok farklı yemek tarifi bulunur. Basit tarifleri deneyerek kolay bir şekilde sofralarınızı donatabilirsiniz.
1-)Domatesli Makarna Tarifi
Gerekli Malzemeler:
- 1 paket makarna,
- 2 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ,
- 1 yemek kaşığı tuz,
- 1 diş sarımsak,
- 2 adet domates,
- 1 tatlı kaşığı nane,
- 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı.
Nasıl Yapılır?
- Orta bir boy tencereyi su ile doldurun. Suyu kaynattıktan sonra makarnaları koyun ve tuz ile sıvı yağ ekleyin.
- Makarnayı yumuşayana kadar haşlayın.
- Domates ve sarımsağı ince bir şekilde doğrayın ve başka bir tencerede tereyağ ile soteleyin. Sonrasında nane ekleyin.
- Makarnayı süzdükten sonra domates sosu ile birlikte karıştırın. 1 dakika kadar pişirdikten sonra altını kapatabilirsiniz. Soğuduktan sonra makarnanızı servis edebilirsiniz.
2-)Bulgur Pilavı Tarifi
Gerekli Malzemeler:
- 1 su bardağı dolusu bulgur,
- Yarım su bardağı domates suyu ya da sosu,
- 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağ,
- 1 tane soğan,
- 1,5 su bardağı su.
Nasıl Yapılır?
- Orta bir boy tencere içine 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağını ekleyin ve eritin.
- Soğanı ince ince doğrayın ve tereyağında soteleyin.
- Sotelediniz soğanların üzere domates sosunu ekleyin ve karıştırmaya devam edin.
- Son olarak karışımın içine 1 su bardağı bulguru ekleyin.
- Bulgurun üzerine 1,5 su bardağı suyu ekledikten sonra karıştırın.
- Tuz ekledikten sonra tencerenin kapağını kapatın ve suyunu çekene kadar orta ateşte pişirin.
3-)Hasanpaşa Köfte Tarifi
Gerekli malzemeler:
- 1 adet soğan,
- 600 gram kıyma,
- 1 tane yumurta,
- 3 çorba kaşığı galeta unu,
- 1 çay kaşığı kimyon.
Nasıl Yapılır?
- Kıyma, galeta unu, yumurta, kimyon, tuz, rende haline getirilmiş soğan ve karabiber bir kabın içine alın, karıştırın.
- Köfte haline gelen karışımı yuvarlak parçalara ayırın ve ortasını hafifçe açın.
- Köfteleri tepsiye dizin ve fırında 10 dakika pişirin.
- Fırından çıkardığınız köftelerin orta kısımlarına domates sosu ekleyin ve yeniden fırınlayın. Kızarana kadar pişirdikten sonra maydanoz ile süsleyerek servis edebilirsiniz.
