Kanda Pıhtılaşma Test Sonucu
Kanda pıhtılaşma test sonucu kişinin sahip olabileceği bazı sorunlar hakkında bilgi vermektedir. Kanın aşırı pıhtılaşması ya da pıhtılaşamaması insan vücudunda ciddi problemler oluşturmaktadır.

Tüm bu rahatsızlıkların anlaşılması için kişinin öyküsüne ve yaşadığı rahatsızlık ve bazı belirtilere dayanarak doktor pıhtılaşma testi yapabilir. Kanda pıhtılaşma test sonucu protrombin zamanı (PT), parsiyel tromboplastin zamanını(PTT) içermektedir. Bu değerlerin ölçülmesiyle kişide bulunan kronik ya da akut rahatsızlıklar tespit edilir.
Kanda bulunan pıhtılaşma faktörlerinin azalması pıhtılaşmanın azalmasına ve kanın viskozitesinin azalmasına sebep olan bir diğer faktördür. Kandaki pıhtılaşma faktörleri;
- Karaciğer hastalıklarından
- K vitamini eksikliğinde
- Bazı kanser türlerinde
- Kemik iliği rahatsızlıklarında
- Antikoagülan tedavisinde
- Kazara antikoagülan alımında azalmaktadır.
Kanda Pıhtılaşma Belirtileri
Kanın pıhtılaşmasında bazı belirgin belirtiler oluşmaktadır. Bu belirtilerin çoğu normal hayatta çok sık yaşadığımız durumlardır. Kanın pıhtılaşmasında genellikle;
- Pıhtılaşma bölgesinde ağrı ve kızarıklıklar oluşmaktadır. Çoğu zaman bu ağrı ve kızarıklığı kramplar eşlik etmektedir.
- Nefes darlığı, öksürük, öksürürken kan gelmesi gibi pulmoner belirtiler meydana gelmektedir.
- Beyinde meydana gelen pıhtılaşmada genellikle konuşma bozukluğu, hareket zorluğu ve felç görülmektedir.
Uzun süredir geçmeyen nefes darlığı ve alt ekstremitelerde oluşan ağrı,kızarıklık ve morluk oluşumunda mutlaka uzman bir doktora başvurunuz. Kan pıhtılaşma testi yaptırınız. Genellikle kanda pıhtılaşma testi sonucu aşırı pıhtılaşma bulunmuş ise kişinin antikoagülan(warfarin) kullanması önerilmektedir.
