Köftenin Tuzu Fazla Olursa Ne Yapılır?
Her yaştan insanın severek tükettiği köfte, harcının fazla tuzlu olduğu zaman eğer pişmişse maalesef yapılacak çok bir şey yoktur. Yine farklı alternatifler ile tüketilebilir fakat direkt olarak tüketildiğinde kişiyi oldukça rahatsız eder. Bu yüzden köfteyi pişirmeden önce her zaman harçtan ufak bir parça kızartılarak içinde eksik ya da fazla malzeme var mı kontrol edilmesi gerekmektedir.

Köfte aslında oldukça pratik hazırlanır ve malzemeler de genel olarak evde bulunan malzemelerdir. Yani bir öğünü acele bir şekilde geçirmek için köfte rahatlıkla tercih edilebilir. Fakat bazen işler istediğimiz gibi gitmez ve bu basit öğünü tam bir kabusa çevirebilir. Bu kabus olarak bahsettiğimiz ise köftenin harcındaki malzemelerin eksik ya da fazla olması. Köftenin harcında meydana gelebilecek bu tarz sorunlarda köfte belki direkt olarak tüketilmese de, farklı malzemeler ile birleştirilerek yeni bir öğün haline getirilebilir ve tekrar tüketilebilir.
Konumuzda olduğu gibi, köftenin tuzu fazla olduysa ve bunu daha kızartmadan fark ettiyseniz, köfte harcına çok fazla gelmeyecek şekilde bir adet patates işinizi görecektir. Yalnızca bu patatesin rendelenmesi ve harca karıştırılarak tekrar yoğurulması gerekmektedir. Patates, tuzlu olmuş bir çok yemek içinde kullanılan bir sebzedir ve yemeğin tadını oldukça yumuşatır. Yine köftelerde de kullanabilirsiniz.
Köfte Yaparken;
Yukarıda da belirtmiş olduğumuz gibi köftenin harcını hazırladıktan sonra eğer malzemelerde eksik ya da fazlalık olduğunu düşünüyorsanız, kızartmadan önce daima bir parça köfte kızartarak tadında herhangi bir problem olup olmadığını kontrol etmelisiniz. Eğer malzemede eksiklik ya da fazlalık varsa, erken fark etmiş olacağınız için müdahale etme şansınız daha da artacaktır.

- Tuzlu olan köfteyi değerlendirebileceğiniz bir diğer yöntem ise patates yemeğidir. Soğan, yağ, salça, patates ve isteğinize göre havuç da ekleyip bildiğimiz oldukça basit olan patates yemeği yapıyorsunuz. Tüm malzemeleri koyup, ocağın altını kapatmaya yakın yaptığınız köfteleri de tencereye atarak karıştırın ve köftenin yemek ile bütünleşmesini sağlayın. Böylece köftenizi atmaktan kurtulup yeni bir yemeğe dönüştürmüş olursunuz.
- Üçüncü olarak ise köfteyi soslayarak servis edebilirsiniz. Bu konuda bizim favorimiz salça sosudur. İçerisine nane, kekik ile harmanlandığınız enfes bir sos haline dönüşmektedir. Fakat sos hazırlarken içerisine tuz eklememeye özen göstermelisiniz. Aksi takdirde yine tuzlu olacaktır.
