Künefe Peyniri Bimde Var mı?
Künefe peyniri diye bir peynir aranmaya kalkarsa sanıyorum bulunması mümkün değildir. Genellikle künefe yapımında kullanılan peynir tuzsuz peynirdir, hatta daha çok mozzerella ya da dil peyniri kullanılmaktadır. Bim marketlerde dil peyniri ya da mozzarella peyniri künefe peyniri adı altında bir peynir bulma ihtimalinizden çok daha yüksektir.
Künefe Peyniri Bimde Var Mı?
Yukarıda da bahsettiğimiz gibi, künefe yapımında kullanılan peynirler daha mozzarella peyniri ya da dil peyniridir. Çünkü burada önemli olan peynirin kesinlikle tuzsuz olması gerektiğidir. Tatlı yapımında kullanıldığını düşünürsek, tuzlu olması işimizi epey zorlaştırırdı doğrusu.
Bir çok markette özellikle mozzarella peyniri bulunmaktadır. Yine aynı şekilde Bim marketlerinde de rahatlıkla bu peyniri bulabilirsiniz. Fakat dil peyniri daha detaycı büyük şarküteriye sahip marketlerde bulunan bir peynir türüdür. Fakat en nihayetinde ikisini de rahatlıkla bulabilirsiniz.
Günümüzde neredeyse her gıdanın evde yapımının kolay olması açısından, dondurulmuş hali satılmaktadır. Künefe de yine bu gıdalardan biridir. Uğraş gerektirmeden marketten alıyorsunuz, paketini açıp fırına atıp hemen hazırlayabiliyorsunuz. Özellikle ani misafirler için oldukça pratik olan bu gıdaları sağlık ve lezzet açısından tartmamız gerekirse, çok da doğru olmadığını belirtmemizde sanırım herhangi bir zarar olmayacaktır. Bu tarz ürünleri kullanırken mümkün olduğunca dikkat etmenizi ve çok sık tüketmemenizi öneririz.
Künefe Yaparken Dikkat Edilmesi Gereken Püf Noktalar
- Künefe yapımında genellikle ilk önce şerbetten başlanmaktadır. Açıkçası bunun ile alakalı herhangi bir kural olmamasına rağmen, alışkanlıktan dolayı biz de öncelikle şerbetten başlamak isteriz. Su ve şeker ile hazırlayabileceğiniz şerbeti, kaynamasına yakın bir damla limon damlatarak kıvamının daha iyi olmasını sağlayabilirsiniz. Fakat mümkün olduğunca aşırı kaynatmamaya özen göstermeniz gerektiğini hatırlatalım. Yoksa daha çok bala benzeyen bir kıvam alacak ve işinizi zorlaştıracaktır.
- Şerbeti soğumaya bıraktıktan sonra ilk olarak tuzsuz peynirinizi dilimlemeniz ve hazırlamanız gerekmektedir. Daha sonrasında künefe için kullanacağınız kadayıfları bir miktar ayırıp ya da büyük parçaları bıçak yardımıyla kesebilirsiniz.
- Peynirleri her zaman kadayıfların arasına gizlemeniz gerektiğini unutmamanız gerektiğini tekrar hatırlatmak isteriz. Kadayıfların bir kısmını tereyağı erittiğiniz tavaya yayın ve üzerine peynirleri serpiştirin, daha sonrasında ise yine ince bir tabaka olacak şekilde kadayıfla peynirlerin üzerini kapatmalısınız.
- Künefe hazırlarken kadayıf olan kısmı kızardıkça ters çevirip diğer kısmın da kızarmasını sağlamanız gerekmektedir. Böyle böyle birkaç kez tavayı çevirerek kadayıfların tamamen kızarmasını sağlayabilirsiniz.
- Künefeyi süslemek için fındık, ceviz, antep fıstığı gibi kuruyemişlerden yardım alabilirsiniz. Fakat en yakışan hangisi diye sorarsanız, kesinlikle antep fıstığı olacağını söyleyebiliriz.
NOT: Künefe yaparken kullanacağınız her malzemenin taze olmasına dikkat etmelisiniz. Bayatlamaya başlamış ürünler kullanmak da künefenin tadını değiştirecektir.
