Kurabiye Hamuru Buzlukta Nasıl Saklanır?
Kurabiyeler Türk mutfağında yer alan hamur işi gıdaların alt başlıkları arasında sayılabilecek bir yiyecektir. Kurabiyeler ise kendi içinde iki farklı alt başlık altında toplanmaktadır. Bunlar tatlı kurabiyeler ve tuzlu kurabiyeler olarak ayrılmaktadır. Kurabiyeler her ne kadar tatlı ve tuzlu olmak üzere iki genel başlığa ayrılsa da her iki başlıkta kendi içinde oldukça geniş bir çeşitliliğe sahiptir.
Lezzet açısından oluşan farklılıkların getirmiş olduğu bu çeşitlilik ise tüm damak taşlarına hitap edebilecek bir yelpaze sunmaktadır. Zaman zaman gelen tanrı misafirleri için zaman zaman da akşam içilen yorgunluk çayının yanında yemek için kurabiyeler yapılır.
Ancak yoğun geçen bir günün ardından yaşanan ya da istenilen bu durum kurabiye yapmak için yeterli zaman sunmamaktadır. Bu durumlarda kolayca kurabiye yapabilmek için önceden hazırlamış olduğunuz kurabiye hamurunu buzlukta saklama fikri oldukça cazip ve pratiktir. Özellikle ani gelişen durumlarda can kurtarıcı olan buzluktaki kurabiye hamurlarını saklamak için uygulanabilecek bazı yöntemler bulunmaktadır ve bu yöntemleri uygularken dikkat edilmesi gereken noktalar vardır.
Kurabiye Hamurunu Buzlukta Saklama Yöntemleri
1-)Doğrudan Buzlukta Saklama Yöntemi
Doğrudan buzlukta saklama yöntemi uygulaması en kolay olan yöntemdir. Bunun nedeni ise öncesinde herhangi bir işlem gerektirmiyor olmasıdır. Bu yöntemi uygulamak için hazırlamış olduğunuz tatlı ya da tuzlu kurabiye hamurunu kontrol etmeniz gerekir. Kurabiye hamurunuzu ya da hamurlarınızı doğrudan buzlukta saklama yöntemini kullanarak ön hazırlık aşamasını kısaltmış olursunuz. Buna ek olarak doğrudan buzlukta saklama yöntemi buzdolabınızın buzluk kısmında ya da derin dondurucunuzda yer kazanmanızı sağlayacağı için de oldukça kullanışlı bir yöntemdir.
Bu yöntemi uygulamak için önceden hazırlamış olduğunuz kurabiye hamurunuzun saklamak istediğiniz miktarı kadarını ayırın. Ardından ayırmış olduğunuz hamurun sığabileceği büyüklükte bir buzdolabı poşetine ayırdığınız hamuru yerleştirin.
Bu işlemi uygularken poşetin içerisinde hava kalmamasına özen gösterin. Bu şekilde hazırlamış olduğunuz poşetin ya da poşetlerin ağızlarını sıkıca kapatın ve buzluğa yerleştirin. Bu şekilde kurabiye hamurunu 3 ay kadar buzlukta ya da derin dondurucuda rahatlıkla saklayabilirsiniz.
2-)Parçalara Ayırarak Buzlukta Saklama Yöntemi
Parçalara ayırarak buzlukta saklama yöntemi pişirme aşamasında size zaman kazandıracak bir yöntem olmakla birlikte ön hazırlık aşamasının daha uzun sürdüğü bir yöntemdir. Uygulaması oldukça kolay olan bu yöntem için öncelikli olarak istediğiniz şekilde bir kurabiye hamuru hazırlayın.
Daha sonra hazırlamış olduğunuz tatlı ya da tuzlu kurabiye hamuruna istediğiniz şekli verin. Kurabiyeleri şekillendirme aşamasını da tamamladıktan sonra bir tepsinin ya da borcamın üzerine yağlı kağıt sererek şekillendirmiş olduğunuz kurabiyeleri birbirlerine değmeyecek şekilde dizin. Bu şekilde hazırlamış olduğunuz tepsiyi ya da borcamı buzluğa sağlam bir şekilde yerleştirerek 6 saat kadar donmalarını bekleyin.
Ardından dondurmuş olduğunuz kurabiyeleri buzdolabı poşetine yerleştirin ve poşetlerin havasını alarak ağızlarını kapatın. Hazırlamış olduğunuz poşeti ya da poşetleri buzluğa koyarak 3 ay kadar muhafaza edebilirsiniz.
