Kurabiye Kaç Derecede Pişer?
Tatlı, tuzlu, çikolata parçacıklı, meyveli gibi birçok çeşidi olan kurabiyeler en çok çocukları mutlu eden yiyeceklerdir. Yapımı oldukça basittir ve çok zaman almazlar. Acıkıldığında, misafir geldiği zaman, gün yemeklerinde, çay ya da kahvenin yanında servis edilebilecek aperatif bir yiyecektir.
Kurabiye Kaç Dakikada, Kaç Derecede Pişer?
Kurabiyenin çeşidine göre pişirme süresi ve derecesi değişiklik gösterebilir. Eğer kurabiyenin daha yumuşak kıvamlı ve ağızda dağılması isteniyor ise 25-30 dakika arasında 180 derecede önceden ısıtılmış fırında pişirilebilir. Fakat kurabiyenin daha sert ve kıtır kıtır olması isteniyor ise 15-20 dakika kadar 200-220 derece aralığında önceden ısıtılmış fırında pişirilebilir.
Tabii ki bu süre ve dereceler her kurabiye için aynı olmayabilir. Kurabiyenin kıvamına ve yapım aşamasında içerisine konulan malzemelere göre süresinde ve derecesinde değişiklikler olabilir. Eğer kurabiye herhangi bir tariften okunarak yapılıyor ise kaç derecede ve ne kadar sürede pişmesi gerektiği yazılıyor ise o tarife uygun şekilde yapılmalıdır. Fırına atılmış kurabiyeler altına bakılarak pişip pişmediği anlaşılabilir.
Kurabiye Yapımında Dikkat Edilmesi Gerekenler Nelerdir?
- Kurabiye yapılırken hangi malzemeler kullanılacak ise o malzemelerin oda sıcaklığında olmasına dikkat edilmesi gerekir.
- Eğer kurabiyenin yumuşak olması isteniyor ise kullanılan tereyağı ya da margarin ilk önce eritilir daha sonra soğumaya bırakılır. Soğutulan tereyağı ya da margarin kurabiye yapımında kullanılır.
- Eğer kurabiyenin tarifinde yoğurt var ise kullanılan yoğurdun ekşi olmamasına dikkat edilmelidir. Kurabiye yapımında ekşi yoğurt kullanılır ise tadında değişiklik olabilir. Bu da ağızda hoş bir lezzet bırakmaz.
- Kurabiyenin hamurunda kullanılan un, vanilya ve kabartma tozu bir elek yardımı ile elenerek kullanılmalıdır. Böylece kurabiye hamurunda topaklanmalar olmaz.
- Tıpkı kekte olduğu gibi eğer kurabiye tarifinde şeker kullanılacak ise şeker ve yumurta başka bir malzeme katılmadan önce şekerler iyice eriyip yumurta içerisinde homojen bir şekilde dağılana kadar çırpılmalıdır. Çırpma süresi en fazla 2 dakika olmalıdır.
- Kurabiye malzemelerinin içine un yavaş yavaş karıştırılarak eklenmelidir. Kurabiyenin kıvamı böylece daha güzel olacaktır.
- Kurabiye hamuru yoğurulduktan sonra kulak memesi kıvamına geldiğinde yeterli kıvama ulaşmıştır. Daha fazla un ekleme gerek kalmaz.
- Kurabiyeleri fırın tepsisine yapışmaması için tepsinin üstüne yağlı kağıt koyduktan sonra yerleştirilmelidir. Daha sonra tepsiyi önceden ısıtılmış fırına konmalıdır.
- Yumuşak kurabiyeler kıvamını en güzel 150-180 derece arasında 25-30 dakika pişirildiğinde alır. Kıtır kıtır olmasını istediğimiz kurabiyeler ise kıvamını 200-220 derece arasında 15-20 dakika kadar pişirdiğinde alır.
- Kurabiyelerin yanmaması için ara ara kontrol edilmelidir. Fırından çıkartılıp soğuduktan sonra ilk günki tazeliğini koruması için cam kavanozda saklanmalıdır.
