Mercimek Köftesi Nasıl Muhafaza Edilir?
Mercimek köftesi iki temel malzemeden elde edilen bir yiyecektir. Bu temel malzemeler kırmızı mercimek ve ince bulgurdur. Temel malzemelere ek olarak çeşitli yeşillikler ve çeşitli baharatlar kullanılarak yapılmaktadır. Mercimek köftesi meze gibi genellikle atıştırmalık olarak tüketilmektedir. Beş çayı ya da akşam çayın yanında yemek için yapılabilir. Birçok kişi tarafından severek tüketilmektedir.
Yapımı da bazı kişiler tarafından zorlu gözükse de aslında oldukça kolaydır. Mercimek köftesinin en zorlu yanı saklama yollarıdır. İçerisinde soğan bulundurmasından dolayı muhafaza etmesi zor olan besinler arasında yer almaktadır.
Ancak mercimek köftesini saklamak için uygulanabilecek birkaç yöntem bulunmaktadır. Bunun için yapılması gerekenler ise oldukça kolaydır. Mercimek köftesini muhafaza etmek için gereken malzemeler ise buzdolabı poşetleri, saklama kapları ve streç film şeklindedir.
Mercimek Köftesi Nasıl Saklanır?
1-)Streç Film ile Saklama
Streç film kullanarak mercimek köftesini saklamak mümkündür. Ancak mercimek köftesini saklamak için streç filmden yararlanmak istiyorsanız saklama süresine dikkat etmeniz gerekmektedir. İçinde soğan bulundurmasından dolayı saklanma ömrü uzun olmayan mercimek köftesini streç film kullanarak saklamak istiyorsanız 1 gün buzdolabında saklamak en idealidir. Daha sonra soğandan dolayı tadında değişim ve kokusundan ağırlaşma meydana gelir. Mercimek köftesini cam bir kasenin içine alarak üzerini streç film ile kapatın. Hava almadığından emin olduğunuz bu kabı rahatlıkla buzdolabına koyabilirsiniz.
2-)Saklama Kabı ile Saklama
Saklama kabı kullanarak mercimek köftelerini saklamak sıklıkla kullanılan bir yöntemdir. Bu yöntemi kullanarak mercimek köftelerini derin dondurucuda da saklamanız mümkündür. Saklama kabı kullanarak mercimek köftelerini buzdolabında saklamak istiyorsanız istediğiniz miktardaki mercimek köftesini saklama kabına yerleştirerek kapağını sıkıca kapatarak buzdolabına koyabilirsiniz.
Dolabınızın derin dondurucu kısmında saklamak için ise yine aynı şekilde saklama kabına yerleştirme işlemini tamamladıktan sonra derin dondurucuya kaldırmak gerekir. Bir diğer şekilde bu yöntemi uygulamak için ise dondurucuya kaldırmak istediğiniz miktarı başta ayırarak bu kısma hiç soğan ilave etmeden harç olarak da saklama kaplarına doldurabilirsiniz.
3-)Buzdolabı Poşetleri ile Saklama
Mercimek köftesini buzdolabı poşetlerinden yararlanarak saklamak da uygulanabilecek son yöntemdir. Uygulaması oldukça kolay olan bu yöntemi mercimek köftelerini hem buzdolabında hem de derin dondurucuda saklamak için kullanabilirsiniz. Buzdolabında saklamak için hazırladığınız mercimek köftelerini poşete yerleştirerek buzdolabına koyun. Derin dondurucuda da bu şekilde saklayabileceğiniz gibi harç olarak saklayabilirsiniz.
