Sıkışan Kavanoz Kapağı Nasıl Açılır?
Kavanoz ile besin saklamak ya da konserve yapmak uzun yıllardır yapılan bir durumdur. Hava ile temasın kesilmesi ile konserveler uzun süre boyunca bu şekilde saklanabilmektedir.
Özellikle yaz aylarında sebzelerin ve meyvelerin bol bulunduğu zamanlarda konserve yapılması özellikle ev hanımları tarafından sıkça gerçekleştirilmektedir. Konserve katkı maddesi içermemesi ve yapım aşamasının tamamının kişinin kendisi tarafından yapılmasından dolayı güvenle hazırlanan ve tüketilen bir maddedir.
Ancak her şeyde olabileceği gibi konserve yapımında da karşılaşılan bazı olumsuzluklar söz konusudur. Özellikle karşılaşılan en büyük olumsuzluk konserve yapımında kullanılan kavanoz kapağının sıkışmasıdır.
Hemen hemen hepimizin başına gelmektedir kavanoz kapağının sıkışması ve açılamaması. Aşağıdaki birkaç pratik yöntem ile sıkışan kavanoz kapaklarının açılması çok daha kolay gerçekleşecektir.
1-)Kumaş Bir Bez yada Plastik Eldiven Kullanın
Sıkışan kavanoz kapaklarının açılamamasının en büyük nedeni kapağı açma esnasında elimizin kaymasıdır. Bu aşamada yapılabilecek en güzel adım bir bez yardımıyla tutarak kapağı açmaya çalışmaktır. Bu sayede kapağı açarken elin kayması önlenir ve kişi daha az güç kullanarak kapağın açmasını sağlayabilmektedir.
Aynı zamanda plastik bulaşık yıkama eldivenlerini kullanarak da sıkışan kavanoz kapaklarının açılması mümkündür.
2-)Kavanozun Havasını Alın
Sıkışan kavanoz kapaklarının açılamamasının en büyük nedenlerinden bir diğeri sıkışan havanın oluşturduğu basınçtır. Bu basınç hem besinlerin bozulmasını önler hem de kavanozun açılmasını zorlaştırır.
Bu tarz bir durumda kavanozun içerisindeki havanın alınması kapağın çok daha kolay bir şekilde açılmasını sağlayabilecektir. Burada yapılması gereken bir çatal ya da bıçak ile kavanoz kapağının hafifçe kenarından kaldırılması ve havanın dışarıya çıkarılmasıdır.
Bu yöntem uygulanırken bir pıs sesi duyulmaktadır. Bu sesten sonra kapağı elinizle açmayı deneyebilirsiniz. Bu sesten sonra hafif bir kuvvet uygulayarak kavanoz kapağını açabilirsiniz.
