Süt İçtikten Kaç Saat Sonra Balık Yenir?
Balık ile süt ve süt ürünlerinin bir arada tüketiminin son derece riskli bir durum olduğu birçok kişi tarafından bilinmektedir. Balık, hem omega yağları hem de vitaminler açısından son derece yararlı bir et türüdür. Sağlıklı bir bireyin belli aralıklarla, mevsiminde balık tüketmesi gerekir.
Bunun yanı sıra süt, hem kalsiyum hem de vitamin ile mineraller yönünden zengin olan temel besinlerden bir tanesidir. Bir arada tüketilmemesi gereken bu iki besin, mutlaka taze olarak tüketilmelidir. Bu iki besinin bir arada tüketilmesinin zararlarına yönelik tıbbi ve bilimsel çalışmalar günümüzde halen devam etmektedir.
Balık ve Süt Tüketimi Neden Zehirler?
İki besinin bir arada ya da peş peşe tüketilmesi durumunda bir zehirlenme sorunu ortaya çıkması durumunda, balığın taze olmamasından şüphelenmek gerekir. Balık bayatladıkça, içerisinde yer alan “histamin” isimli proteinde artış meydana gelmektedir. Bu protein türü süt ürünlerinin içerisinde de bulunmaktadır. Her iki besinin vücuda sık aralıklarla alınması durumunda, vücutta olması gerekenden çok daha fazla histamin birikmesi meydana gelir ve bu da zehirlenme belirtilerini ortaya çıkarır.
Ne Zaman Zehirlenme Gerçekleşir?
Balık tüketiminden hemen sonra, 1-2 saat için süt yahut süt ürünlerinden peynir, yoğurt tüketilmiş ise belirtiler kısa süre içinde ortaya çıkabilir. Bu nedenle balık eti tüketiminden sonra süt ürünlerinin alınması için en az 6 saat geçmesi gerekmektedir. Her iki ürünün de taze olması durumunda, bu süre biraz daha kısalabilir ancak yine de son derece dikkatli hareket edilmesi önerilmektedir.
Balığın bayat olduğunun anlaşılabilmesi için de bazı belirtiler mevcuttur:
- Balığın karın bölgesinin yumuşak olması,
- Kuyruğun gevşek bir yapıda olması,
- Pulların kolaylıkla gövdeden ayrılması,
- Gözlerin mat ve içe çökük olması,
- Solungaçların canlı kırmızı olmaması ve etinin yumuşak olması durumunda balığın bayatladığı anlaşılır ve bu balık tüketilmemelidir.
Zehirlenme Belirtileri Nelerdir?
Çok kısa aralıklarla süt ürünleri ve balık etinin art arda tüketilmesi sonucunda bazı temel belirtiler ortaya çıkabilir. Bu belirtiler aşağıda sıralanmıştır:
- Mide bulantısı ve kusma,
- Halsizlik ve yorgunluk hali,
- Zaman geçtikçe ortaya çıkan üşüme hissi ve titreme,
- Cilt renginde sararma, solgunluk temel belirtilerdir.
Balık – süt ikilisinin tüketiminden sonra bahsi geçen belirtilerden bir tanesinin bile ortaya çıkması durumunda, acilen bir sağlık kuruluşuna gidilmesi gerekmektedir. Belirtiler yaklaşık olarak 2 veya 3 saat içinde ortaya çıkmaktadır. Nadiren görülen bir durum olsa da, bir iki gün sonra da belirtiler meydana gelebilmektedir.
Tedavinin uygulanması ve hastada işe yarayabilmesi için tüketim süreci eksiksiz olarak doktora anlatılmalıdır. Doktor anlatılan gelişmeler neticesinde uygun bir tedavi yöntemi belirler. Zamanında müdahale edilmesi durumunda zehirlenme belirtileri 2 ya da 3 gün içinde tamamen ortadan kaybolacaktır.
