Dondurucuda saklayacağınız yaban mersinleri için hızlı olmanız gerekmektedir. Yaban mersinini topladıktan sonra beklemeden güzel bir şekilde bol miktardaki su ile yıkayınız.
2-Çürükleri Ayırın
Dondurucuya koyacağınız ürünlerde çürüklerin olmadığından emin olunuz. Yıkama işleminden sonra ya da önce mutlaka çürük, bozulmaya yakın olan yaban mersinlerini ayırınız. Bu işlem yaban mersinlerinin dondurucuda daha fazla bozulmadan kalmasını sağlayacaktır.

Yaban mersinlerini paketlemek için uygun boyutta bir buzdolabı poşeti seçiniz. Genellikle küçük porsiyonlar halinde ayırarak paketlemek kullanım açısından kolaylık sağlamaktadır.
