Maydanozun Sararmaması için Ne Yapılmalıdır?
Soğuk algınlığı, grip, üşütme ve bu gibi sayısız olumsuz ve istenmeyen hastalık isimlerinin canlandığı kış aylarında özellikle beslenme konusunda oldukça titiz davranmalıyız. Beslenme konusuna özen gösterirken, tüketeceğiniz besinleri iyi tanımalı ve ihtiyacınıza uygun şekilde tüketmelisiniz. Maydanoz, C ve A vitaminlerini barındırmasının yanı sıra yüksek miktarda demir ve bir çok mineral de barındırır. Besin değeri bu kadar yüksek olan maydanoz saklanırken bazı sorunlarla karşılaşabilirsiniz. Bu sorunların en başında maydanozun sararması durumuna oldukça sık rastlayabilirsiniz. Bu durumun önüne geçmek adına pratik ve kolay yöntemler uygulayabilirsiniz.
1-)Kavanoz ile Saklama Yöntemi
Maydanozun sararmaması için maydanozu kavanoz ile saklamak oldukça etkili bir yöntemdir. İlk olarak bir çay bardağı sirke, bir adet kap, bir adet cam kavanoz, birkaç adet kağıt havlu ve bir yemek kaşığı zeytinyağını hazırlayın.
Malzemeleri hazırladıktan sonra önceden hazırlamış olduğunuz kabın içine yarısına gelecek kadar su ile doldurun ve üzerine yine önceden hazırladığınız bir çay bardağı sirke ve su karışımını üzerine ilave ederek karıştırın. Elde ettiğiniz sirkeli suyun içine maydanozlarınızı koyun ve 15 dakika kadar bekletin.
15 dakika bekledikten sonra maydanozlarınızı sirkeli su ile güzelce yıkayın. Yıkama işleminin ardından maydanozunuzu yine önceden hazırladığınız kağıt havlular yardımıyla kurulayın. Bu işlemin ardından maydanozlarınızı cam kavanozun içine yerleştirin. Yerleştirme işleminin ardından maydanozlarınızın üzerine bir yemek kaşığı zeytinyağını dökün. Kavanozun kapağını hava almayacak şekilde güzelce kapadıktan sonra kavanozu buzdolabına veya buzluğa kaldırın ve dilediğiniz zaman çıkarıp, ilk günkü yeşilliğinde sararmadan eser olmadan gönlünüzce taze bir şekilde tüketin.
2-)Doğrayarak Muhafaza etme Yöntemi
Maydanozun sararmaması için maydanozunuzu doğrayarak muhafaza etmek oldukça kolay ve pratik bir yöntemdir. İlk olarak maydanozunuzu sirkeli suda 10 dakika bekletin. Sonra güzelce yıkayın. Bu işlemin ardından maydanozunuzu küçük küçük doğrayın. Doğrama işleminin ardından elde ettiğiniz küçük parçaları buzdolabı poşeti veya vakumlu poşetlere koyun. Daha sonra bu poşetleri hava almayacak şekilde bağladıktan veya kapattıktan sonra derin dondurucuya veya buzluğa atın. Daha sonra istediğiniz zaman çıkarıp gönlünüzce tüketin ve ilk günkü kadar yeşil ve taze maydanozlarınızın tadını çıkarın.
