Nar Saklarken Dikkat Edilmesi Gerekenler Nelerdir?
- Narı yıkayın. Çoğu kişinin narın kalın kabuğunun altındaki o taneciklerin yıkanmasına gerek olmadığını düşünür. Fakat ilaç ile büyümüş olabileceğini akıldan çıkarmamak gerektiğini hatırlatalım.
- Narı ıslak ve sulu halde paketlemeyin. Yıkadıktan sonra suyunun tamamen süzüldüğüne ve narın kuruduğuna emin olmanız gerekmektedir. Aksi taktirde narın ıslak olarak paketlenmesi bozulmasına da sebep olabilmektedir.
- Paketlenmiş narın hava almadığına emin olmalısınız. Her gıda gibi nar da ne kadar dondurucuda olursa olsun, hava almaya başladığında ömrü normalde daha fazla kısalacaktır. Narı yine paketlerken paketin içindeki havayı da çıkardığınızdan emin olmalısınız.
Narın Faydaları Nelerdir?
- Narın içinde bulunan antioksidanlar soğuk algınlığı, grip gibi hastalıkların geçmesinde oldukça yardımcıdır. Aynı şekilde bu hastalığın meydana gelmesini de engellemektedir.
- Hazmı kolaylaştırıcı özelliği vardır. Özellikle narın üzerinde bulunan beyaz tabaka bile, midedeki yanma ve yaralara oldukça faydalıdır.
- Nar için doğal bir antibiyotik olduğunu söyleyebiliriz. Kan ve damar hastalıklarının önüne geçer. Özellikle kalp için oldukça faydalıdır.
- Nar pek bilinmese de, cilde, ciltteki lekelere, saça oldukça iyi gelmektedir. Özellikle cildin daha diri ve canlı görünmesini sağlar. Yorgunluk belirtilerinin kaybolmasında yardımcıdır.
- Eklem bölgesinde meydana gelen ağrı ve romatizmalara faydalıdır. Vücutta meydana gelen bu tür ağrılara karşı ağrı kesici özelliği bulunmaktadır.
