- Artan balık etlerinin üzerine alternatif soslar hazırlayıp tekrar fırınladıktan sonra tüketebilirsiniz.
- Yenmeyen balık etlerini küçük küçük parçaladıktan sonra çorba yapımında da kullanabilirsiniz.

Balık köftesi Yapımı
Malzemeler:
- ½ kilogram balık
- 1-2 büyük boy patates
- ½ demet maydanız
- 1 adet yumurta
- 1 tatlı kaşığı kadar hardal
- Galeta unu
- Sıvıyağ
- Tuz
- Kara biber
Sos için:
- 3 yemek kaşığı mayonez
- 1 tatlı kaşığı kadar hardal
- 2 adet limon suyu
- ½ demet maydanoz
- 4 tane taze soğan
- Tuz
Yapılışı:
Tüketilmeyip kalan balıklarınızın kılçıklarını ayıkladıktan sonra küçük parçalar haline getiriniz.
Patatesleri küp küp doğradıktan sonra tuzlu kaynar suya atınız ve ortalama on dakika süresince haşlayınız. Haşlandıktan sonra süzünüz, karabiber de ekledikten sonra püre haline getiriniz.
Püre haline getirdiğiniz patateslerin içerisine küçük parçalar haline getirdiğiniz balıkları ve ince ince doğranmış maydanozu ilave ediniz. Daha sonra yoğurarak istediğiniz boyutta ve şekilde köfteler haline getiriniz.
Yumurtanın içerisine tuz ve hardal ekledikten sonra harmanlayınız ve yaptığınız köfteleri önce yumurta karışımına daha sonra da galeta ununa bulayıp kızdırmış olduğunuz yağda kızartınız. Sos içinse maydanoz ve taze soğanı güzelce doğradıktan sonra mayonez, hardal, limon suyunu ekleyip karıştırınız.
Balık köftelerinizi iyice pişirdikten sonra üzerine sos dökerek tüketebilirsiniz.
