Balığım lezzetli olsun çerez gibi tüketilsin diyorsanız da, söylediğimiz gibi en ideal un mısır unu olacaktır.
Balık Kızartırken Uygulayabileceğiniz Püf Noktalar
Balıklarınızı kızartırken aşağıda yazmış olduğumuz püf noktaları kullanarak daha lezzetli bir balık elde edebilirsiniz.
- Öncelikle her zaman balıklarınızı aynı cins almaya özen göstermelisiniz. Yani tavada yağ ile kızartabileceğiniz balıklar ile yağsız tavada kendi yağı ile kızartılabilen balıklar bir arada olmaması gerektiği için bu konu oldukça önemlidir.
- Balıkların temizliği de önemli bir diğer konudur. Balığınızı aldığınız yerden temizletebileceğiniz gibi kendiniz de temizleyebilirsiniz. Fakat söylemiş olduğumuz gibi balığın temizlendiğinden emin olmalısınız.
- Balığınızı kızartırken eğer normalden daha lezzetli olsun istiyorsanız fındık yağı kullanabilirsiniz. Ayçiçek yağından daha lezzetli olacaktır.
- Kılçıksız balık ise direkt çerez gibi kolayca yiyebilmeniz açısından kızartırken her zaman mısır unu kullanmayı tercih etmelisiniz.
- Balıkları tavaya atmadan önce koymuş olduğunuz yağın iyice kızdığından emin olun. Kızmış olan yağın üzerine unladığınız balıklarınızı boşluk kalmayacak bir şekilde dizmeye özen göstermelisiniz.
- Balığınızın üzerine tuz ve limon da sıkarsanız tadı daha mayhoş ve lezzetli olacaktır.
- Balığınızı pişirmeden önce aspiratörü açın ya da mutfağınızdaki pencereyi açık bırakın. Böylece içeride oluşabilecek yoğun balık kokusunu ve dumanı kolaylıkla bastırabilirsiniz.
Balık Seçerken Nelere Dikkat Etmeliyiz?
- Balık seçerken yukarıda da bahsetmiş olduğumuz gibi öncelikle tek bir cins balıktan yana olmalısınız. Yani eğer balığı hemen tüketmek için alacaksanız, tavada mı yoksa ızgarada mı pişireceğinize önceden karar vererek buna göre balık seçmelisiniz.
- Balıkların tazeliğinden emin olmalısınız. Bu yüzden her zaman alışveriş yaptığınız yerden almanızı öneririz. Balığınızın taze olup olmadığını ise ilk bakışta kolaylıkla anlayabilirsiniz. Diri ve parlak duruyorsa taze olduğunu düşünebilirsiniz, eğer mat ve daha cansız ise mümkün olduğunca tercih etmemeye çalışmalısınız.
- Balığınızı alırken her zaman temizlettirin. Bu durum hem sizi temizlemeye harcayacağınız vakitten kurtaracak hem de balık temizlemek oldukça sabır isteyebilen bir iştir, bu yükten kurtulmuş olacaksınız.
