Cevizli Sucuk Nasıl Muhafaza Edilir?
Cevizli sucuk, yani pestili muhafaza etmek oldukça kolaydır çünkü hassas bir gıda değildir ve hemen bozulmaz. Fakat en nihayetinde sağlık açısından, etkilenmemek adına nasıl muhafaza edileceğine dikkat etmek gerekmektedir.

Yukarıda da bahsettiğimiz gibi, diğer gıdalar ile kıyaslandığı zaman muhafaza edilmesi oldukça kolay bir üründür cevizli sucuk. Fakat her gıdada olduğu gibi dikkat etmek gerektiğini tekrar hatırlatmak isteriz.
- Direkt güneş ışığından uzak tutulması gerekmektedir. Cevizli sucuk, yani pestil yapılışında kullanılan malzemelere bağlı olarak güneş ışığına dayanıklı olabilmektedir. Fakat riske atmamak adına mümkün olduğunca direkt olarak güneşe maruz bırakmamalısınız.
- Pestili buzdolabında muhafaza edip daha çok sertleştirmek yerine, çok sıcak olmayan bir ortamda yani oda sıcaklığında ve kuru bir alanda muhafaza edebilirsiniz.
- Açıkta bırakmamaya özen göstermelisiniz. Varsa teneke kutu ya da cam kavanozların için rahatlıkla muhafaza edebilirsiniz.
Cevizli Sucuk Sağlıklı Mıdır?
Cevizli sucuk, içinde et bulunmayan tamamen cevizden, bal veya pekmezden yapılan bir besindir. Kolay kolay bozulmadığı için günlerce rahatlıkla tüketilebilmektedir. Sağlık açısından oldukça faydalıdır. Şöyle ki, günümüzde birçok şekerleme ürünü vardır fakat çoğunun içinde gıda boyası olduğu için sürekli tüketimde sağlığı etkileyebilmektedir. Fakat pestil tamamen doğal ürünlerden elde edilmiştir ve tatlıdır. Hem yetişkinlerin hem de çocukların rahatlıkla tüketebileceği ve birçok vitamin, protein ve mineral alabileceği bir gıdadır.
Ülkemizde daha çok güneydoğu Anadolu illerinde doğal yöntemler uygulanarak yapılan ve piyasaya sürülen bu ürünün insan vücuduna birçok katkısı vardır. İçeriğinde bulunan ceviz, fındık gibi ürünler zaten vücut için oldukça faydalıdır ve bunlar pekmez ile ya da bal ile birleştiği zaman kişiyi oldukça dinç tutmaktadır.
Cevizli Sucuğun / Pestilin Faydaları Nelerdir?
- Kişiye enerji verir. Gün içinde tüketilen bir adet pestil özellikle yoğun iş tempolarında kişinin faal olmasını sağlamaktadır.
- Kalbe faydalıdır. Özellikle içeriğinde şeker oranının çok az olmasından ya da hiç olmamasından dolayı şeker hastalarının da tüketebileceği bir üründür.
- Yüksek kolesterole sahip kişiler içinde tüketilebilmektedir. Kolesterolü kötü oranda etkileyici herhangi bir yan etkisi bulunmamaktadır (Aşırı tüketmemek kaydıyla).
- İçeriğinde olan besin değerleri sayesinde, gelişim çağındaki çocukların kemik ve diş gelişimine katkıda bulunur.
- Bağışıklık sistemini güçlendirir. Yani kısaca çok sık hasta olmanızı engeller. Dışarıdaki mikroplara karşı vücudun daha dirençli olmasını sağlar.
- Çinko seviyesini yükseltir. Şöyle ki, çinko seviyesinin düşük olması gebeliği de etkilemektedir. Bu yüzden hamilelik esnasında ya da gebe kalmak için takviye olarak pestil tüketilebilmektedir. Bu erkekler için de aynıdır, kadınlar için de.
