Donmuş Bal Nasıl Çözülür?
Balı eritmeniz için birden fazla neden olabilir. Bazen ballar ilk alındığında çok katı ve yoğun bir yapıda olurlar. Bu durumda balı eritip inceltmeniz kullanımı kolaylaştırabilir. Bu yazımızda size balın akışkan kıvamını geri getirmek için iki yöntem önereceğiniz.

1-)Balı Sıcak Suda Eritin
- Balınızı sıcak suda eritmek için cam bir kavanoza ihtiyacınız olacak. Cam kavanozlar ısıyı kolay iletir ve doğru teknikler kullanılırsa yüksek ısıda zarar görmezler. Kullandığınız kavanozun oda sıcaklığında olduğundan emin olun. Eğer kavanozunuz soğuksa sıcakla birden temasa geçtiğinde çatlayabilir veya kırılabilir. Çok gerekli olmasa da kavanozun içine su kaçmaması için kapak kullanabilirsiniz.
- Balınızı cam kavanoza koyun. Ardından ocağa tencerenizi koyup içine su ekleyin. Tencerenin içindeki suyun seviyesinin kavanozdaki balın seviyesiyle aynı olmasına dikkat edin. Yüksek ısıda suyu kaynatın. Su artık fokur fokur kaynama noktasına geldiğinde ocağın altını kapatıp tencerenizi ısı geçirmez bir zemine alın. Ardından tencerenizin tam ortasına bal kavanozunuzu yerleştirin. Eğer kavanozunuzun kapağını kapattıysanız, çok sıkı kapatmadığınızdan emin olun. Kapağı çok sıkı kapatırsanız hava akımını engelleyip kavanozun çatlamasına neden olabilirsiniz.
- Balınızı arada karıştırın. Bal kavanozunu sıcak suyun içindeyken karıştırmaya başlarsanız daha hızlı ve etkili sonuç elde edeceksiniz. Balın içindeki kristallerin gittiğini ve balınızın inceldiğini görene kadar karıştırmaya devam edin. Eritme süresi balın miktarına göre değişecektir. Tahminen 20-60 dakika arası bir sürede balınız tamamen çözünmüş olacaktır.
- Balınız tamamen çözüldüğünde kavanozu sudan çıkarıp bir havlu yardımıyla kurulayın. Kavanozun kapağını kapatın ve oda sıcaklığında balınızı saklayın. Oda sıcaklığı balınızın akışkanlığının sabit kalması için ideal sıcaklıktır.
2-)Balı Mikrodalga Fırında Eritin
- Balınızı mikrodalga fırına karşı dayanıklı bir kabın içine alın. Porselen ve kalın cam kaseler kullanabilirsiniz. Metal kullanmaktan kaçının. Kabın dayanıklılığını ölçmek için önceden mikrodalga fırınınızda denemenizi öneririz.
- Mikrodalga fırınınızı orta sıcaklığa ayarlayıp, kasenizi fırına koyun. Yaklaşık 30-40 saniye boyunca balı eritin. Erimesi süresi, balın miktarına ve mikrodalga fırınınızın sıcaklığına göre değişir. Erime süresi boyunca balınızı kontrol edin. Eğer ayarladığınız saniyeye henüz ulaşmamışsanız fakat balınız erimiş görünüyorsa, mikrodalgayı durdurup kasenizi içinden alın.
- Mikrodalgadan çıkardığınız balı sürekli karıştırıp ısının dağılmasını sağlayın. Eğer balınız henüz erimemişse 20 saniye aralıklarla mikrodalgaya koymaya devam edin. Balınız tamamen eriyene kadar tekrar edin.
- Erimiş balı hava geçirmez bir saklama kabına dökün. Balınızı saklama kabınızda oda sıcaklığında saklayın.
