Gül Nasıl Kurutulur?
Aşkın, masumiyetin, kıskançlığın simgesi olan renkleri içinde barındıran güller hem tomurcuk hem de açmış halleri ile insanların ilgisini çeken bir çiçektir.
İnsanlar arasındaki manevi ilişkileri temsilen hediye olarak sunulan gül aynı zamanda kozmetik sanayide de oldukça ilgi çeken bir çiçektir. Ülkemizde ise güller diyarı olarak geçen Isparta’da işin ticaret kısmı bir hayli dikkat çekmektedir. Kremlerden sabunlara, şampuanlara, tesbihlere, maskelere, reçellere, lokumlara kadar hem kozmetik hem tekstil hem de gıda sektöründe kullanılan gül, şehrin geçim kaynaklarından bir tanesi olmakla birlikte gül ürünleri ülkemizde sevilmektedir.
Ve her mevsim taze hali ile bulunamayan ve özellikle hediye geldiğinde kurutmak istenilen gülleri kurutmak için çeşitli yöntemler mevcuttur. Gülleri kurutmak hem bir hatırayı saklamak hem de dekor olarak kullanılabilecek bir güzelliği saklamak demektir.
Gül Nasıl Kurutulur?
1-)Hava Yardımıyla Gül kurutma Yöntemi
Hava yardımı ile gül kurutma yönteminde güllerinizin rengini korumak istiyorsanız, gülleri kurutacağınız ortam karanlık ve sıcak, kuru olmalı ve havasız olmamalıdır. Aksi halde güneş ışığı güllerinizin rengini solduracak, ortamda olan nem ise güllerinizin kurumasına sebep olacaktır.
Hızlı bir şekilde kuruyan gülleriniz daha canlı renklere sahip ve daha kaliteli olacaktır.
Bu yüzden zaman kazanmak için güllerinizi kuruturken vantilatör gibi hava üfleyen bir hava makinesinden yardım alabilirsiniz. Ancak bu sistemde dikkat etmeniz gereken nokta ise güllerin dalları ve yapraklarıdır. Dal ve yaprakların zarar görmemesi için ip ile bağlayarak kurutma işlemine geçerseniz daha az zarar ile gülünüzü kurutmuş olursunuz.
Demet güllerinizi kuruturken hava yardımı almak isterseniz de gül demeti arasında bulunan fazladan dalları temizlemeli ve öyle kurutmalısınız. Çünkü aradaki fazladan bulunan yapraklar ters kurutulan gül demetinizi hem aşağı doğru çekerek şeklinin bozulmasına sebep olacak hem de fazla nem tutarak çürümesine yol açacaktır. Hava ile kurutma yöntemi oldukça riskli olduğu için bu yöntemi daha çok dalları kurutma hususunda uygulayabilirsiniz. Gül yaprakları için ise yaprakları temizledikten sonra bir gazete kağıdına seriniz ve çürümemesi için iki günde bir olmak üzere ön arka çeviriniz.
2-)Presleme Yöntemi İle Gül Kurutma Yöntemi
Presleme yönteminde güllerinizi üç değil ama iki boyutlu halde kurutarak saklayabilirsiniz. Bu yöntemde satın almış olduğunuz kurutma kağıtlarını katlayınız ve aralarına temizlemiş olduğunuz gül yapraklarınızı yerleştiriniz. Yaprakların kesinlikle üst üste gelmemesine özen gösteriniz.
Sonrasında ise bu kağıdın üzerine düz durmasını sağlayacak sert bir cisim yerleştiriniz. Kuru bir yerde saklamanız gereken bu kağıdınız için uyguladığınız presleme yöntemi ile 2-4 hafta arasında istediğiniz sonuçlara ulaşabilirsiniz.
3-)Gliserin Kullanarak Gül Kurutma Yöntemi
Aktar, market ya da eczanelerden alınabilen bir madde olan gliserin yardımı ile evinizde rahatlıkla gül kurutabilirsiniz. Yapısı gereği ile gülle temasa geçtiğinde farklı renklerin de doğmasına sebep olan gliserin ile değişik renklerde güller kurutabilirsiniz. 2 ölçü kaynattığınız suya ekleyeceğiniz 1 ölçü gliserinli suyu iyice karıştırınız ve ardından gül yapraklarınızı bu suya ekleyiniz.
Bu yöntem ile 3-5 gün içerisinde gülleriniz hazır hale gelecektir. Gülünüzün üzerinde bir terleme gözlemlediğiniz zaman hazır hale gelmiş demektir.
4-)Mikrodalga Fırın Kullanarak Gül Kurutma Yöntemi
Belki de en iyi gül kurutma yöntemi olarak nitelendirilebilecek olan bu yöntem aynı zamanda oldukça hızlı bir yöntem. Öncelikle güllerinizi silisyum ile kaplayınız ve ardından mikrodalga fırın içerisine koyunuz. Oldukça hızlı kuruyacak olan çiçekler böylelikle rengini koruyacak ve daha canlı bir şekilde muhafaza edilebileceklerdir. Bu yöntemde 1 dakikalık bir bekleme süresi güllerinizin hazır olması için yeterli olacaktır.
