Islatılması bu işlemlerden biridir fakat eğer ıslatmadan kuru fasulye yapmak istiyorsanız da bu hem oldukça fazla vakit alacak, hem de muhtemelen tadın istediğiniz gibi olmayacaktır. - Fasulyenin pişirirken yapılması es geçilmemesi gereken en önemli şey ise ıslatmak. Kesinlikle bir gece öncesinden fasulyenizi ıslatmalısınız.
- Islatmış olduğunuz fasulyeyi direkt olarak pişirmek yerine kademeli gitmeniz daha doğru olacaktır. Yani 1 gece boyunca su içinde beklemiş olan fasulyenizi daha sonrasında büyük bir tencere kullanarak bir süre haşlayın. Böylece işlemi ikiye bölerek aslında fasulyenin pişme süresinin kısalmasını büyük oranda sağlamış oluyorsunuz.
- Kullanacağınız yağ mümkün olduğunca doğal tereyağı olmalıdır. Tereyağı her yemeğin lezzetini olumlu yönde etkileyen küçük bir ayrıntıdır. Genelde el altında hep sıvı yağ olduğu için çoğu yemekte de sıvı yağ tercih edilir fakat siz hem sağlıklı hem de doğal olan tereyağından vazgeçmeyin.
- Fasulyeyi pişirirken içine birkaç damla limon suyu damlatırsanız fasulyenin dağılmasını önler ve diri kalmasını sağlayabilirsiniz.
Düdüklü Tencere Kullanırken Dikkat Edilmesi Gerekenler
- Özellikle eski düdüklü tencere sahibi olan kişilerin oldukça dikkat etmesi gereken, tencerenin kapağında yer alan düdüktür. Bu düdük fasulye pişerken havada kalmalıdır. Bu düdük, tencerenin içindeki havayı çıkardığı için oldukça önemli ve atlanmaması gereken bir detaydır. Hava çıkmaya başladığında düdükten ses gelecektir ve ses kesildikten sonra ise düdüğü indirebilirsiniz.
- Eğer tencereniz yeni model bir düdüklü değilse, yemekleri pişirirken her zaman saat tutmalısınız. Bu sonraki tencere kullanımınızda size oldukça kolaylık sağlayacaktır.
- Yemek piştikten ve ocağın altını kapattıktan sonra, bir süre tencereye dokunmamalı, kapağını hemen açmamalısınız. 15 dakika kadar bekledikten sonra tencereyi başka bir alana alabilirsiniz. Bunun nedeni ise altını kapadığınızda tencere bir süre daha kaynamaya devam edecektir. Bu riskli olabilir.
