Öncelikli olarak derin dondurucuya atılacak her türlü sebze ve meyvede uygulanacak ilk kural temizlemektir. Bu sayede sonrasındaki iş yükünüz azalacağı gibi ıspanağın kapladığı yerde azalmış olacak. Bu sebeple aldığınız ıspanakların köklerini ve bozuk yapraklarını güzelce temizleyiniz.
2-)Sirke Kullanarak Yıkayın
Ispanak bilindiği üzere çok fazla toprak içeren bir sebzedir. Bu sebeple yıkanmasına çok dikkat edilmeli ve topraklarından iyice arındırılmalıdır. Bu aşamada uygulanacak ufak bir püf nokta ile topraklardan çok daha hızlı ve kolay kurtulabilirsiniz.
Derin bir kaba ıspanakları koyun üzerini geçecek kadar musluktan su koyun ve en son birkaç damla sirke dökün. Sirke miktarını ıspanağın miktarına göre ayarlayabilirsiniz.
Bu şekilde ıspanakları bir miktar bekleyin. Bu bekleme sürecinden sonra ıspanakları en az 2 defa bol su ile yıkayın.
3-)Ispanakları İyice Kurulayın
Dondurucuda saklanan sebzelerin kolay bir şekilde bozulmasını önlemek istiyorsanız koyacağınız yiyeceğin sudan olabildiğince uzaklaştırılmış olduğundan emin olunuz.
Bu aşamada sebze kurutucusu kullanabilirsiniz. Sebze kurutucusu ile ıspanaktaki kalan suyu iyice uzaklaştırın.
4-)Kilitli Buzdolabı Poşeti Kullanın
Kilitli buzdolabı poşetlerine sularından kurtulmuş olan ıspanakları isteğiniz miktarda ayırarak koyunuz. Bu aşamadan sonra muhakkak poşetlerin havasını alarak ağzını kapayınız. Bu sayede poşetlerin kapladığı alanı azaltmış olursunuz.
