Makarnaların birbirine yapışmaması için tereyağı ve zeytinyağını birlikte kullanmak gerekir. Yağ kullanarak makarnaların yapışmasını önlemek için öncelikle makarna suyunu hazırlamanız gerekir. Yeterli miktarda suyu kaynattıktan sonra içine isteğe bağlı miktarda tuz ilave edin. Ardından tuzlu suyun içerisine küçük bir parça tereyağı atarak yağın erimesini bekleyin ve tereyağı eridikten sonra birkaç damla kadar da zeytinyağı ilave edin. Bu şekilde hazırlamış olduğunuz haşlama suyunun içine makarnaları ekleyerek pişirin. Kullanmış olduğunuz yağlar sayesinde makarnaların birbirlerine yapışmalarını engellemiş olursunuz.
2-)Sirke Kullanımı
Sirke kullanarak makarnaların birbirlerine yapışmalarını engellemek mümkündür. Üstelik uygulaması da oldukça kolay bir yöntemdir. Bunun için makarnayı haşlamak için kaynatmış olduğunuz suyun içerisine tuzu ilave ettikten sonra birkaç damla da zeytinyağı ilave edin. Zeytinyağını ekledikten sonra üzerine birkaç damla kadar da sirke ekleyin. Su tamamen kaynadıktan sonra makarnalarınızı rahatlıkla pişirebilirsiniz.
3-)Su Miktarı
Makarnaların birbirlerine yapışmasını önlemek için önemli olan noktalardan bir tanesi de haşlama suyunun miktarıdır. Makarnalar genellikle makarnanın üzerini geçecek kadar su koyularak pişirilmektedir. Ancak bu miktar yeterli değildir. 100 gram makarna için 1 litre su kullanılması çok daha lezzetli ve daha diri makarnalar elde etmenizi sağlar. Bu nedenle bu orana dikkat ederek ve haşlama suyuna gerekli yağ ilavelerini yaparak en ideal makarnayı elde etmiş olursunuz.
4-)Karıştırma İşlemi
Karıştırma işlemi de makarnaların birbirine yapışmasını engelleme konusunda oldukça önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bunun için belli aralıklarda makarnayı karıştırmak gerekir. İlk olarak uygun şekilde hazırlamış olduğunuz haşlama suyunun içerisine makarnaları ilave ettikten hemen sonra karıştırmanız gerekir. Bu adım makarnaların birbirlerine yapışmamaları için oldukça önemlidir. Daha sonra makarnalar pişerken birkaç kez daha karıştırmak makarnaların çok daha iyi pişerek tane tane olmalarına katkı sağlar.
