Mercimek çorbası sofralarımızın vazgeçilmez yemeklerinden biridir. Fakat bazen yanına yapılacak, ona uyum sağlayacak yemekleri hazırlarken ne yapacağımızı şaşırırız. Aslında şaşıracak bir şey yok 🙂 Eve yorgun gelmiş olabilirsiniz ya da ansızın misafir gelmiş olabilir ve kısa zamanda yemek hazırlamak zorunda kalabilirsiniz. 1-)Tavuk Sote Ve Pilav
Tavuk sote oldukça kolay bir şekilde hazırlanabilen, içerisine istediğiniz malzemeleri katabileceğiniz pratik bir yemektir. Pirinç pilavı da yine aynı makarna gibi şipşak hazırlayabileceğiniz bir yemektir. Eğer evinizde tavuk yok ise çabucak gidip alabilir ve yaklaşık 1 saat içerisinde tüm yemeklerinizi servis edebilirsiniz.
2-)Patatesli Köfte Ve Makarna
Patatesli köfte ve makarna da mercimek çorbasının yanına yapabileceğiniz yemeklerden biridir. Makarna zaten 15 dakika içerisinde hazırlanan bir yemek. Patatesli köfte belki 15 dakikada bitmeyebilir fakat yine maksimum 1 saat içerisinde tüm yemekleriniz hazır halde servis edebilirsiniz.
Yemeklerinizin yanına ekstra olarak salata, turşu gibi aperatifler de hazırlayarak servis edebilirsiniz. Böylece çok zaman harcamadan pratik tarifler ile gününüzü çok rahat kurtarabilirsiniz.

- Soğanlarınızı kullanacaksanız şayet sarımsaklarınızı doğradıktan sonra yüksek ateşte değil, kısık ateşte pişirin.
- Lokantalarda yapılan mercimek çorbalarında, tereyağında un da kavurmaktadırlar. Böylece mercimek çorbasının tadı da daha lezzetli olmaktadır. Eğer evinizde lokanta usulü mercimek çorbası hazırlamak istiyorsanız sizde un ve tereyağı kavurabilirsiniz fakat bu işlemde unun topaklanmaması için çırpma işleminde muhakkak tel çırpıcı kullanmanız gerekmektedir. Yine bu karışımın içine pul biber, nane gibi malzemeler de ekleyerek daha farklı bir tat elde edebilirsiniz.
- Mercimek çorbasının asıl rengi sarıdır. Fakat bu renk yaptığınız mercimek cinsine göre değişiklik gösterebilmektedir. Eğer ithal mercimek kullanıyorsanız mercimeğin rengi yeşilimsi olacaktır fakat yerli mercimeklerin rengi sarıdır.
- Belki de mercimek çorbasının en önemli püf noktası kesinlikle et suyudur! Ya kemik ya da et suyu ile mercimek çorbası yapmanız tadının olağanüstü diyeceğimiz şekilde değiştirmektedir.
