Patates Nasıl Saklanır?
Çiğ patatesi muhafaza ederken buzdolabı kullanmanıza gerek yoktur. Patates için en iyi ortam aslında mutfak dolaplarıdır. Karanlık, kuru ve güneş almadığından patateslerinizi uzun süre muhafaza etmenize olanak sağlar. Patateslerinizi çiğ olarak muhafaza ederken dikkat etmeniz gereken en önemli şey aslında ortamda rutubet olmamasıdır. Çünkü rutubet, patateslerinin tadını da değiştirebiliyor ve bozulma sürecini de hızlandırıyor.
Kızartılmış patates muhafaza ederken ise bilhassa daha dikkatli olmak gerekmektedir. Pişmiş her gıda, çiğ haline nazaran bozulmaya daha müsait bir yapıdadır. Kızartılmış patatesi saklarken daima önceliğiniz hava almasını engellemek olmalıdır. Yani kapaklı kaplar kullanarak saklayabileceğiniz gibi streç film ile sararak da hava almasını engellemiş olursunuz. Kızartılmış patatesler oda sıcaklığında kaldığı zaman lezzetlerini kaybederler ve daha hızlı bozulurlar. Bu yüzden her zaman buzdolabınızda muhafaza etmelisiniz.
