Pişmemiş Köfte Dolapta Kaç Gün Bekler?
Çok sevilen bir ürün olan pişmemiş köfte dolapta kaç gün bekler merak edilen sorulardan birisi olarak karşımıza sıklıkla çıkmaktadır. Pişmemiş köftelerin kullanım ömrünün çok uzun olmadığı unutulmamalıdır.
Köfte en sevilen yemek türlerinden birisidir. Aperatif bir yiyecek olarak tüketilen köftenin birçok farklı yapım şekli bulunmaktadır. Köfte hazırlamak için belirli bir zaman gerekse de genel olarak köfte yapımı çok zor bir işlem değildir. Köfte içlerinde et, kıyma vb. ürünler konulduğu için hazırlanan köftelerin kısa süre içinde tüketilmesine önem verilmelidir.
Köfte tariflerini öğrenerek acil durumlarda hemen farklı ve lezzetli bir köfte hazırlayabilir, sevdiklerinizle beraber keyif içinde tüketebilirsiniz. Köftenin farklı yörelere göre farklı tarifleri bulunmaktadır.
Köfte Dolapta Kaç Gün Beklerse Bozulmaz?
Köfte genel olarak et, kıyma, yumurta ve çeşitli malzemeler ile yapılan bir yemek türüdür. Bazen köfteyi hazırlasanız pişirmek için zamanınız olmayabilir. Ya da köfte harcını fazla yapmış olabilir ve hepsini pişirmek istemeyebilirsiniz. Bu durumda köfteyi pişirip çöpe atmak yerine dolaba saklayarak kısa süre içinde yeniden pişirebilirsiniz. Bu noktada dikkat edilmesi gereken nokta köftenin çok uzun süre bekletilmemesi olacaktır. Çünkü yumurta, et, kıyma gibi ürünler kısa süre içinde bozulacak, kötü bir kokuya ve tada neden olacaktır. Aynı zamanda günü geçmiş köftelerin yenmesi zehirlenme gibi önemli sağlık sorunlarına da yol açabilmektedir.
İçi hazırlanmış ve pişirilmemiş bir köfteyi 1 ya da en fazla 2 gün içinde tüketmek önerilmektedir. Eğer köfte dondurulmuş halde ise don kısmını eritene kadar en fazla 4 gün içinde köfteleri pişirmeniz sağlıklı bir tüketim açısından önerilmektedir.
Et Köfte Tarifi
Gerekli Malzemeler:
- 300 gram kıyma,
- 1 yumurta,
- 1 tane kuru soğan,
- 2 yemek kaşığı un,
- Tuz, pul biber ve karabiber,
- 1 çay kaşığı dolusu kimyon.
Yapılışı:
- Et köfteyi hazırlamak için öncelikle kuru soğanı rendeleyin.
- Bir kabın içine kıyma, yumurta ve rendelenmiş soğanı ekleyin.
- Bu üç maddeyi kabın içinde iyice karıştırın.
- Daha sonrasında karışımın içine bir miktar tuz, bir çay kaşığı kimyon, bir miktar da pul biber ve karabiber ekleyin.
- Tüm baharatları kıyma karışımı ile birlikte iyice karıştırın.
- Karışımın üstünü kapatın ve birkaç saat bu şekilde kıyma karışımını dinlendirin.
- Sonrasında karışımdan ufak parçalar halde alarak yuvarlak şekiller verin.
- Tavaya yağ dökün, kızdıktan sonra tavaya ufak yuvarlak parçaları atın ve arkalı önlü olacak biçimde kızartın.
- Et köftenizi sıcak servis etmeniz önerilmektedir.
