Taze fasulyeyi çeşitli şekillerde derin dondurucuda saklayabilirsiniz. Aşağıda taze fasulyenin en pratik şekilde ve bozulmadan uzun süre derin dondurucuda saklanmasını sağlayacak bir yöntem anlatılmaktadır. Aşağıda anlatılan adımları harfiyen yerine getiriniz.
1-)Taze Fasulyeleri Temizleyin
Derin dondurucuda sebzeleri saklamadan önce ilk olarak yapmanız gereken bir adımdır. Bu sayede sebzeleri yenilmeyen yerlerinden ayırmış olursunuz ve derin dondurucuda daha az yer kaplamış olursunuz.
Taze fasulyeleri güzelce kılçıklarından ayıklayınız. Bir süre su içerisinde bekletiniz. Ardından bol su ile güzelce yıkayınız. Bu aşamada birkaç damla sirkeli su içerisinde bekletmeniz çok daha steril olmasını sağlamaktadır.
Kılçıklarından ayırmış olduğunuz taze fasulyeleri istediğiniz boyutlara bölebilirsiniz. İsterseniz bütün hali ile yıkayarak aşağıdaki işlemlere de devam edebilirsiniz. Ancak poşetlerde uygun şekillerde saklanabilmesi için uygun boyutlara getirmeniz çok daha faydalı olacaktır.
2-)Şoklama İşlemi Yapın
Bu aşama taze fasulyenin çok daha uzun süre bozulmadan saklanmasını sağlamaktadır. Aynı zamanda taze fasulyenin o kendine has yeşil rengini de korumasını sağlamaktadır. Bu işlemi derin dondurucuda saklayacağınız birçok sebze için yapabilirsiniz.
Bu aşamada kaynayan su içerisine istediğiniz büyüklükte bölmüş olduğunuz taze fasulyeleri atın. Birkaç dakika sonra alarak bu taze fasulyeleri buzlu su içerisine atın. Burada da birkaç dakika bekledikten sonra taze fasulyeleri su içerisinden alınız.
Önce sıcak su ardından buzlu su içerisine fasulyelerin konulması taze fasulyelerin şoklanmasını sağlamaktadır.
3-)Uygun Poşet İle Poşetleyin
Son aşama hazırladığınız taze fasulyeleri poşetlemeniz. Burada istediğiniz boyutlardaki buzdolabı poşetlerinden yararlanabilirsiniz. Bu aşamada en önemli husus buzdolabı poşetlerinin ağızlarından hava almaması. Aksi takdirde kısa süre içerisinde taze fasulyeler bozulur.
Poşetleme esnasında taze fasulyelerin yanına istediğiniz sebzeleri de aynı işlemlerden geçirerek yanına koyabilirsiniz. Bu sayede çok daha pratik olabilirsiniz.
