Balık Temizlemenin Püf Noktaları

Yapacağınız yemek çeşidine göre isteğe göre kılçıklarını da elleriniz ile kolaylıkla sökebilirsiniz.
2-)Orta Boy ve Pulsuz Balık Temizleme Yöntemleri
Orta boy ve kılçıksız balıkları temizlerken bir bıçaktan yardım alabilirsiniz. Yine balığın en yumuşak yeri olan karnının kuyruğa yakın yerinden bıçak ile balığı yardıktan sonra iç organlarını ayıklayınız ve bol su ile iyice yıkadıktan sonra solungaçlarını da kesiniz. Temizleme işleminde dikkat edeceğiniz nokta ise balığın içinde zar ve kan pıhtısının kalmamasıdır.
3-)Pullu Balık Temizleme Yöntemleri
Pullu balıkları temizleme yönteminin en kolayı bu işi bir balıkçıdan yapmasını rica etmek olacaktır
Ancak evde temizlemek isteyenler için de keskin olmayan bir bıçak ile balığın pullarının tersine, kuyruktan baş kısmına doğru bıçağı balığa sürtünüz. Bıçağın keskin olmaması ile balığın etine zarar vermeyen bu yöntemde balıkta pul kalıp kalmadığını elinizle kontrol ettikten sonra keskin bir bıçak ile balığın karnını yarıp iç organlarını temizleyiniz. Solungaçlarını da temizlediğiniz balığı bol su ile yıkayıp iç zarından ve kan pıhtılarından da kurtulunuz.
Öneriler
- Balık alırken öncelikle tazeliğine dikkat ediniz. Bozuk balık hemen zehirlenmenize sebep olarak sağlığınızı tehdit eden bir faktör haline dönüşebilir.
- Balık alırken solungaçlarının kırmızı olmasına, gözünün canlı olmasına, pullarının parlak ve diri durmasına, elinizle bastırdığınızda etinin içine göçüp kalmamasına ve yüzeyinin salyalı bir yapıda olmamasına dikkat ediniz.
