Galeta unu yemeklerde çok tercih ediliyor olsa da, kimi zaman kokuya sebep olduğu için her zaman kullanmak istenmemektedir. Fakat galeta unu yerine ne kullanabiliriz? Bu yazımızda sizlere tam olarak galeta unu yerine kullanabileceğiniz alternatiflerden bahsettik. Umarız yardımcı olabiliriz.

1-)Mısır Unu
Galeta unu ve mısır unu aslında çoğu zaman farklı gıdalar pişirilirken tercih edilse de, ikisinden birini bulamadığınızda yerine kullanabilirsiniz. Mısır ununda galeta ununda olduğu gibi koku ile karşılaşmazsınız ve yine aynı lezzeti elde etmenizde yardımcı olur. Unlarda genel olarak koku oluşması çoğu zaman bulunduğu ortamla da ilgili olabilmektedir. Yani eğer rutubetli bir ortamda unlarınızı muhafaza ediyorsanız maalesef ortamın kokusunu un kolaylıkla emebileceğinden, bu durum tadında değişikliklere sebep olacaktır.
2-)Bayat Ekmek
Bayat ekmek belki de galeta unu yerine kullanılabilecek en uygun ve en sağlıklı üründür. Burada bayat ekmekleri öncelikle toz haline getirmeniz gerekmektedir. Bu şekilde bayat ekmeklerinizi hem değerlendirmiş hem de tertemiz bir çözüme ulaşmış olursunuz.
Şimdi yapmanız gerekenden bahsetmemiz gerekirse, öncelikle bayat ve sertleşmeye başlamış olan ekmeklerinizi (küflenmemiş olmasına lütfen dikkat edin) eliniz ile ayırabildiğiniz kadar küçük parçalar halinde ayırmanız gerekmektedir. Daha sonra bu küçük parçaları blenderdan geçirerek toz haline getirebilirsiniz. Ve yeni ununuzu galeta unu yerine rahatlıkla kullanabilirsiniz. Emin olun daha güzel bir lezzete sahip olacaktır yapacağınız gıda.
Bayat ekmeklerinizi çöpe atmak yerine bu şekilde değerlendirebilir ve saklayabilirsiniz. Böylece nasıl yapıldığını bilmediğiniz ürünler kullanmaktansa kendini yaptığınız unu kullanmış olursunuz.
Un Çeşitleri Nasıl Muhafaza Edilmelidir?
- Unları muhafaza ederken her zaman cam kavanozlar kullanmalısınız. Un aslında hava ile temas etmesi sakıncalı ürünlerden biridir. Şöyle ki, sürekli hava alan unlar yukarıda da söylediğimiz gibi öncelikle ortamın kokusunu almaya başlar ve buna bağlı olarak tadında değişiklikler meydana gelir. Aynı zamanda bu durum unun topaklanmasına hatta böceklenmesine dahi sebep olabilmektedir.
- Unu saklayacağınız yerin nemden, rutubetten uzak olduğuna da emin olmalısınız. Her ne kadar ağzı kapalı bir şey olmaz diye düşünseniz de emin olun olur. En iyi ihtimalle unun kullanım ömrünü kısaltmış olursunuz.
- Unu saklarken bulunduğu yerin direkt olarak güneş ışığı almadığına da emin olmanız gerekmektedir. Güneş ışığı ile temas eden ürünlerde bayatlamaya başlamaktadır.
Un Çeşitlerinin Bozulduğu Nasıl Anlaşılır?
Unun bozulduğu anlamak zor gibi gözüküyor olsa da eğer dikkatli biriyseniz bunu kolaylıkla anlayabilirsiniz. Bir kere öncelikle saklanma şekline bakın. Eğer yukarıda yazmış olduğumuz, yani saklanmaması gerektiği gibi muhafaza edilmiş ise kullanmamaya özen göstermelisiniz. Bunun dışında ununuzu her kullanım öncesinde koklayın. Koku da bir problem fark ettiyseniz, unutmayın ki yapacağınız yemeğin de tadında değişikliğe sebep olabilecektir.
Bu yüzden yine kullanmaktan kaçınmalısınız. Keza yine yukarıda bahsettiğimiz gibi böceklenmeler meydana gelebilir. Unu kullanmadan önce eliniz ile bir yoklayıp herhangi bir problem olup olmadığını da kontrol etmeniz gerekmektedir.
