Elinizde fazla şerbet kalırsa kesinlikle şerbeti bitirmek için uğraşmayın yoksa tatlınız parçalanır.
- Yöntem 2: Şerbet dediğimiz karışım şeker ve su ile hazırlanmaktadır. Kadayıfa ekstra şerbet hazırlarken su oranını az tutup şeker oranını sabit bırakabilirsiniz. Yani mesela normal ölçülerde 4 bardak su, 4 bardak şeker kullanıyorsunuz diyelim. Şerbetin kadayıfa yetmediği zamanlarda ikinci kez şerbet hazırlamalısınız ama bu sefer ölçü 2 bardak su 4 bardak şeker oranında olmalıdır. Böylece tatlınızın parçalanma riskini de engellemiş olursunuz.

- Kadayıf tatlısı yaparken ilk özen göstermeniz konu kadayıfın ayrılma ve küçültme kısmıdır. - Tatlılar oda sıcaklığında bozulmadığı için rutubet olmayan kuru bir yerde rahatlıkla muhafaza edebilirsiniz. Genellikle tatlılar özel günlerde yapılır ve kısa süre içinde tüketilir.
